"Easy, Simple, and User-Friendly for Hotels and Guests"

What do you like best about Creventa?

Ease of use and the simplicity of the system. It is so user friendly for us as a hotel and our customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creventa?

Features are coming but previously it was adding Adult & Childrens menu to 1 event. When we did this it would mean that Adults could order from kids menu or visa versa and this is not good when there are different pricing points Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Luke Ireland of Creventa

Hi Bobbie,

Thanks for the great review.

We are going to be implementing separate Child Menus very shortly. We will be in touch when that feature is ready!

"Great features but poor execution"
2/5
What do you like best about Creventa?

The place cards are great. I like the feature of guests being able to pre order their meals and we get allergy alerts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creventa?

Not being able to merge guests together prior to pre ordering and paying. The only reason we need to merge them is to be able to pre order together. It also feels like there are a lot of bug fixes and loads of errors and when we ask it the team just says it's another error they are working on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for taking the time to feedback

"Not being able to merge guests together prior to pre-ordering and paying."

Merging guests before pre-ordering is definitely possible. If it relates to ticketing, then all the tickets must be paid for when doing this. I would recommend booking a call via support@creventa.com to go through this.

Thanks again
