Their pricing undercut a lot of the other "big" players in the space. The Credibled employment reference check has also changed our recruiting process to check references prior to interviews due to the ease and cost. This process change has saved valuable time by avoiding interviews based on poor references and has generated good talking points for interviews. They don’t have as many integrations as the larger global players like Sterling or Certn, but for my entertainment and event planning company, the existing integrations and features work perfectly. It’s incredibly easy and quick for candidates to use, which eliminates back-and-forth communication and helps us avoid delays in our hiring process. We’ve even requested new features, such as giving multiple admins visibility. While this would typically take months with other providers, the update was completed in just a few weeks.
