**What do you like best about Credibled automated-background-checks?**

Pure Staffing Solutions has been using Credibled for a few years now, and the results have been fantastic. We get a quick turnaround on employment reference checks and also get criminal background check results in minutes. It's a simple-to-use interface. Their pricing undercut a lot of the other "big" players in the space. The Credibled employment reference check has also changed our recruiting process to check references prior to interviews due to the ease and cost. This process change has saved valuable time by avoiding interviews based on poor references and has generated good talking points for interviews. We've also caught candidates providing fraudulent references based on their detection/warning tool.  We haven't needed much support but it's been great when required.

**What do you dislike about Credibled automated-background-checks?**

It would be good if they offered health background checks (drug and alcohol screening) and were also integrated with our ATS (Tracker).

**What problems is Credibled automated-background-checks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Credibled, our background and reference checks were a major bottleneck in our hiring process. The manual process was incredibly time-consuming, prone to human error, and often resulted in us losing top candidates who accepted offers from other companies that moved faster. We were also concerned about the consistency and compliance of our checks, especially when hiring for different roles and jurisdictions.

Credibled's automated platform has solved all of these issues for us. The automation of reference and background checks has drastically reduced our time-to-hire from days to just a few hours. This speed is a huge competitive advantage, allowing us to secure top talent before they get other offers. The system is also incredibly reliable and consistent, ensuring every check is thorough and compliant. This gives us peace of mind, knowing we're mitigating risk and making fair, informed hiring decisions.

**What do you like best about Credibled automated-background-checks?**

At Pure Staffing, we have a team of 25 recruiters and Credibled has become part of their daily workflow. The platform is clearly designed with staffing companies in mind, which makes a big difference for us. The automated reference checks are one of my favourite features—structured, easy to send, and providing consistent, detailed feedback from previous employers without the endless back-and-forth calls. For background checks, results are impressively fast, with criminal checks often delivered in 15 minutes or less, helping us place candidates quicker and keep clients happy.

The ease of implementation was another strong point. After requesting a demo, our account was created right away, and we were able to start running checks immediately—no delays, no training headaches. There was no onboarding fee, and we’re not tied to long-term contracts, which gives us flexibility. The pay-per-use pricing is cost-effective and scales easily with our hiring volume. International checks can sometimes take longer depending on the country, but that’s more about local systems than Credibled itself. I’d also love to see expanded dashboard reporting for agencies to quickly track volumes and turnaround times.

Before Credibled, our recruiters were spending too much time chasing down references by phone and waiting days for background check results. This slowed down our ability to place candidates quickly and added unnecessary friction to the hiring process. It’s incredibly easy and quick for candidates to use, which eliminates back-and-forth communication and helps us avoid delays in our hiring process. The results are clear, easy to read, and delivered very quickly. The platform itself is intuitive, just a few clicks and the check request is sent out.

We’ve even requested new features, such as giving multiple admins visibility. While this would typically take months with other providers, the update was completed in just a few weeks.

The support team is also excellent! Our questions are always answered promptly, and we truly appreciate the level of service overall.
