The creation of videos using AI Avatars (we're a service not product industry) has gotten so much better with Creatify AI over the year. I can create employee orientation videos explaining how to do certain jobs and tasks as an employee like filling out their online timecard, how to accept a job assignment, our company policies and other important information that would require hiring an actor. I can also create engaging client explainer videos and well as advertisement with very little expense and experience in video production. The video production is so much better and easy to work with now and the quality is top level. The speed of the production is amazing and only takes a few minutes to complete a video. I would take hours or days just a few years ago. For the price I pay annually is pennies compared to what I used to spend when I did my own video production using actors and my filming equipment. Everytime I have had an issue and used the Chat feature, I have been helped through the issue quickly and professional support and help. I would like more Avatar slots included. I love using Avatars (especially in my real estate video tours and need multiple options). There are a lot of Avatars they created but wish they would give most of them more options like professional looks, green screen background so you can place them into videos like a spokesmodel. Speed and variety are the big wins for me. I pasted in my landing page link and, within minutes, I had a dozen ad styles ready to test. Credit usage is hard to predict. The Ad Agent went past the budget I set (about 20 credits instead of 13) because its estimate skipped voice and image costs, and on the Standard plan I can’t top up without upgrading. I have a small natural cosmetics brand and I handle all the marketing myself. What I like most about Creatify is that I can create videos for Meta and Instagram ads without having to record and edit everything myself, which saves me a lot of time. Well, I think it might be a little confusing in the very beginning when you first put your script in. It's easy to get confused if you especially wanna make an edit. Of all the AI video content generators I reviewed, this one seemed the best. Now, after using it for almost six months, I’m still convinced it’s the best of its kind available. The user interface (UI/UX) is fairly intuitive and easy enough to navigate that I’ve created over 60 videos, ranging from 10 seconds to a little over a minute.

I haven’t tried any native integrations, since I simply download the videos and post them myself. Performance has been excellent, with full videos rendering in just minutes. Pricing is also strong: on a per-video basis at the PRO level, it’s highly affordable when paid on an annual basis.

Instead of spending hours building a creative from scratch, you can generate a decent product-focused ad in a short amount of time and use it to test angles faster.

I also like that the platform has strong potential for dropshipping and Shopify-style workflows, especially when you provide clear product input, a structured prompt and a specific ad format. What I dislike most is the inconsistency between the selected settings and the final output. For example, when an avatar is selected, I would expect the avatar to appear in the generated video automatically. Instead, the tool can still create a product-only ad unless the prompt explicitly states that the selected avatar must appear on screen.

That makes the workflow confusing, especially for new users. It is not always clear whether the platform will treat the avatar as the main presenter, a voiceover only, or ignore it completely.

The credit system also becomes frustrating when an output misses a core instruction. In that case, having to spend more credits for a rework feels unfair, because it is not a creative change but a failed generation.
