**What do you like best about CRBMS?**

CRBMS made my workflow way more convenient and less time-consuming. I am ecstatic that it manages to take care of all the facets of the reservation procedure, ranging from the quotes and bookings on Nuovo fleet to fines and the fleet management. It’s kind of a sea pass for me with regards my rental car business.

**What do you dislike about CRBMS?**

The demerit of the CRBMS I couldn’t help noticing is its restricted ability for modifying report settings. Though the ready-made reports are useful, I most often analyse the data in a definite method to establish the trend or track performance index numbers. With the ability to customize reports being unavailable, I have to resort to exporting the data, and applying another set of utilities for deeper analysis, which is time consuming.

**What problems is CRBMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRBMS is for sure the most important working tool that my business has ever had. It has produced huge time-saving effect as it is programmed to do many tasks and keep all the information, well-organized under one roof. This gives me an opportunity to upgrade and develop while focusing on good customer relations.
