**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

Craft has a lot of features for the product team to get visibility of the product and create roadmap using different prioritization methods.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

Craft still needs a lot of work on usability and integration with other systems

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting team work to organization level goals

  ### 2. Craft is a great notetaking act to manage your ideas, goals, and tasks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krystal K. | Founder and Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

The Craft interface is clean and uncluttered. The setup is intuitive to use and easy to get started on, and Craft offers helpful documents to get you started using it right away.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

I love Craft but I wish Craft offered a few features other notetaking apps offer such as the ability to tag, a web clipper, and the ability to forward emails to Craft.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Craft as my notetaking app to write down all of my ideas and tasks for both my professional job and my personal life. It is easy to organize notes by day and to take notes on the fly to capture ideas to revisit later.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

Automated Jira sync that enables creation of high-level product roadmaps with the ability to identify cross-team dependencies

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

Need to manage projects across multiple applications

  ### 4. All in one product management and vision documentation tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chandan M. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

The objective-driven roadmap is something that we were aggressively looking for. We got it with craft.
Other than that, we are using prioritisation, capacity planning and backlog management with craft.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

Looking forward for gitlab integration. We are using gitlab as issue tracker, if backlog can be integrated, it would be a great plus for us.
It's costly with per editor model

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An all-in-one product management tool. It's helping us in backlog management, OKR driven prioritisation and feature mapping. Capacity planning is super useful in scrums

  ### 5. Just what I needed

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clare F. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

The miriad of ways I can display the data. It really helps me plan and then tell the story to stakeholders

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

My Devs are not fans. The connection to GitHub is less than ideal. I really really need a place that works better with GitHub so that we are not duplicating tasks.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me see a high level view of the product. It is built from a PO point of view, so I can see what's ahppening in pictures. It brings together a wide variety of views which help in different tasks.

  ### 6. Great for product strategy.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

OKR section, persona's, other areas that force you to think through strategy unlike most other systems that are project management focused.

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

The build in practises for product management helps a lot and is something required by all clients

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

Should have been a little more faster to save time, the user interface needs to be upgraded badly

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes the best presentation for the team whenever I need to express what my product really should be described about

  ### 8. Great tool for product management

Building product roadmaps can be done quickly and effectively.
The tool allows easy collaboration of R&D and Product teams, and the Jira integration is also very useful.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

Performance is sometimes an issue.
Discussing and collecting feedback within the internal system isn't convenient.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building company roadmaps for different products.

  ### 9. Increased transparency for our product stakeholders

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

- Nice visualization of roadmap
- Ability to structure features in trees
- Sync-Mechanism with Jira
- Ease of use
- Self-service knowledgebase articles and in-app support

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

Idea portal:
- Missing ability to have a distinct questionnaire by category (Questionnaire A for bugs, Questionnaire B for ideas, etc)
- Missing ability to promote feedback to bugs
Craft.io:
- Missing ability to prioritize features within a release

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems that Craft is solving:
- How to share the roadmap and its features transparently with the product stakeholders and development team
- How to systematically collect and triage feedback received
- How to structure the product from Applications to Feature Groups to the individual features

  ### 10. Product Management made easy

  ### 11. Great Product!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim P. | Technical Business Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

I love being able to see product roadmaps laid out in both the Epic and Feature/Story view. This has been very helpful for us!

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

If there are thumbnail images in JIRA, craft.io will NOT play nice with them. What happens is the JIRA ticket will update the craft.io ticket with broken image icons, which, if you then sync FROM craft.io TO JIRA, those broken images will then replace the thumbnails in the JIRA ticket.

**Recommendations to others considering Craft.io:**

Have fun!

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing when my work is assigned and its priority.

  ### 12. Finally, all-in-one tool for a PM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ernesto P. | Senior Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

Craft is a tool that not only allows you to manage the day-to-day as a Product Manager but also guides you on how to do Product... from OKRs to Sprint Planning through Initiatives, Roadmap, and Releases.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

If I had to mention something, I would say that having the possibility to manage also in Craft the implementation phase, with the Engineering team, of the "Product Development Process... would be a plus.

But, indeed, focusing on this would perhaps detract from improving the tools for a PM; for that, we already have Jira ;)

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connect company objectives (OKRs) with Product initiatives going into development.

Give visibility to the entire company, with the Roadmap functionality, of where we will be investing the team's effort in the short term.

Define and plan how our customers' needs will eventually materialize in our Product.

  ### 13. Craft for Effective Product Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

The product road-mapping capability is excellent. There are various ways to represent a product roadmap that will satisfy any audience. In addition, the ability to share a read-only view via a link directly into Craft is awesome. This goes a long way to ensuring roadmaps are maintained and communicated.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

The Spec Editor is very confusing. It tends to become a wasteland of product capabilities and features. The problem for us is that Craft views the top level (capability) as a stagnant product area. For us, this level represents a solution / deliverable (like a SAFe Epic). We actually need additional levels in Craft to support a robust product backlog.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit is being able to have a 1-stop shop for a product or product area. The artifacts and views in Craft provide an excellent mechanism to organize all things about your specific product. The information can be well organized and very easy to navigate. Also, Craft is very useful for us since it is integrated with ADO, which we use for development.

  ### 14. A Product Line Management Tool from Great Product Managers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

It's a simple and streamlined product management tool. It answers all needs of a PMO team that works with multiple teams and value streams. Also feedback portal is great for stakeholder collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

Its Azure DevOps (ADO or VSTS formerly) is in its early stages and does not work well. Also, workflow automation would be great for the product management process which can be customized based on different needs.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product management of values streams from idea to reality. Allows a company to plan, define and deliver work and enables collaboration & transparency. between business and technology teams.

  ### 15. Pinnacle of Product Management Software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David G. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

Craft.io enables my stakeholders and me to understand the backlog given its flexible views better. Whatever the situation, Craft has a way to display the relevant information and turn User Inputs into valuable Feature Stories. From gathering Feedback, drafting Epics, and mapping its User Stories to showing a public Roadmapping that provides insight into the future of the Product, Craft has it all.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

Integration for JIRA is present but not as smooth as it could / should be. That said, it has since replaced JIRA for me entirely.

**Recommendations to others considering Craft.io:**

I've been recommending Craft.io to most of my innovative clients and can thoroughly recommend using the trial to explore its vast features.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Craft, I since achieved better traceability from User Feedback to the final product. All while providing a more transparent way of adding improvements over time.

  ### 16. Outstanding Product Management Platform!

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

Ease of use
Feature rich
Great support from Craft.io team
Continuously improving

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

Can be overwhelming - perhaps a what to start with i.e. Craft.io MVP based on maturity model. Use SAFe Assessment tool or other input to determine organizations maturity level.

**Recommendations to others considering Craft.io:**

Use it

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product roadmap, prioritization, capacity planning, tracking Objectives, KPIs and personas, stakeholder communications

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Opu R. | Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

I like that we have a space that is dedicated just for the product team where we can brainstorm and tinker away

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

I wish Guru was even more advanced

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have to switch between different solutions for customer feedback, roadmapping, so we can manage it all in one which has saved us a lot of time.

  ### 19. Everything I need in one solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

We're a traditional business shifting over to digital operations and it feels like Craft.io was built with my wishlist in mind. It has all the features I need and is very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

getting the whole team to agree to use a single solution has been a challenge

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

product to product is hard because in a product aspect you focus on scope, deliverable, and budget which makes you a cost center. However, a tool like Craft.io allows us to shift from being focused on project management to be a real product management team with continuous improvement of products that is easy to understand, measure, and execute

  ### 20. #1 Platform for all Product Managers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2021

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

- Visual roadmaps
- Feedback portal is an excellent tool for collecting feature requests
- Very easy to use

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Craft.io in several aspects:
collect user requests, manage them and translate them into tickets in Jira in a transported method to the user giving the feedback
Define product strategy and drive out of it epics and stories
Draw visual roadmaps that we can use in management meetings without the need to get into too much technical details

  ### 21. VP Engineering

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

Ease of use, PMs^ Devs start working right away (intuitive)
Integrations to all relevant systems (Jira ....)
Functionality (covers all our needs)
Pricing is fair/ cheap

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

I would like them to add more features (I am using their contactus form to send ideas)

**Recommendations to others considering Craft.io:**

Compare TCO of products and their supportt level

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product design and planning, integration of all the Delivery organization under one roof

  ### 22. Great Product Management Tool with a lot of flexibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2021

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

I like the flexibility the most. I like the guru templates ( Self - service ones ) and able to create new ones and use for mass use. I like the idea of one place to have mission/vision/strategy and ultimate KPI's and goals and then be able to track those through the roadmap view visually.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

The spec editor. It is a little intimidating for people that do not use the tool all the time. Leaders and others get hung up on what is all that? Also the roadmap the throughput completion is not correctly being decremented. So when it says 90 % complete it is based on date and not actual completion of work.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Full transparency for product management views which we have not had at our entrerprise. one place to show all and tie it to achievable outcomes ( KPI's and goals)

  ### 23. Easy to use and flexible Product Portfolio Management tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

The flexibility the tool provides - almost everything is customizable. In addition, I love the intuitive, simple, yet functional interface it has. Very easy UI for Jira integration.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

As a new product, there are still some annoying bugs, mainly from a usability perspective. Still missing API capabilities.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manage the product portfolio, provide investment visibility and rationale behind prioritization decisions.

  ### 24. Simple, Clean Project Management Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victoria P. | Product Owner eCommerce, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

Craft.io offers the possibility to set up multiples view that adjust to your needs: roadmap prioritization, capacity planning, or simply demand intaking.

Since it can be connected to Jira, I can start creating Epics and Stories in Craft and decide to move them to Jira when they are ready.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

It would be great to be able to embed images inside the specs editor and to drag-and-drop to upload files.

**Recommendations to others considering Craft.io:**

With Craft.io you can stop using shared files and boring ppt presentations and have all your roadmap organized in one place.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have a shared spreadsheet where all the team put the backlog with a basic prioritization. Now we have a clear view of the overall roadmap and team priorities.

  ### 25. Perfect product for Product Managers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhi D. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

Makes it very easy to manage your products all the way from Strategy to detailed implementation lifecycles.
a) add / update product stories ; the in-table editing feature is top-notch.
b) then prioritize them ;
c) plan sprints and releases by assessing the team capacity

Excellent sophisticated filtering & analysis capability - which means the more you put in , the richer analytics you can get back .

Craft really has the right balance between the art and science spectrums of Product Management. Lives up to its name ! :-)

Additionally, the JIRA integration capability is excellent . So it fosters perfect collaboration with my DEV/QA teams who primarily use JIRA.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

Nothing really. I have seen Craft evolve into the powerful product it is today over the last 3 years . It's a very strong offering in the product management space.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Craft for managing multiple products within our company. Craft makes it very easy to manage our products all the way from Strategy to detailed implementation lifecycle. It's a joy to use.

a) add / update product stories ; the in-table editing feature is top-notch.
b) then prioritize them ;
c) plan sprints and releases by assessing the team capacity

  ### 26. Everything on one place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Soledad R. | Scrum Master, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2021

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

User friendly and able to sync with other tools.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

Would be helpful to have more information on how to configure it. So far I love it!

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helpful for product managment, the strategic part.

  ### 27. flexible and powerful - and support is awesome

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

craft.io is a flexible and powerful tool that helps us manage the full lifecycle of our products. It allows us to structure requirements and features in a way that works for our business. The ongoing updates to the platform show that the team is dedicated to continually improving it. On the very few occasions where I have reached out to support, I have found them to be responsive and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

It can take a little time for those still learning product management to get up to speed with the way things are structured in craft.io, and it can be confusing when updates change the interface, but nothing that a little explanation can't resolve.

**Recommendations to others considering Craft.io:**

Definitely worth a look. craft.io has the feature of many of the higher end products at a fraction of the cost, and onboarding is a breeze.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

craft.io has helped us to gain clarity and consensus on the requirements of our products and the priorities for delivery. It has also helped us work more efficiently with vendors who undertake our development (thanks to the jira integration).

**Official Response from Elad Simon:**

> Thanks a lot for your feedback Jessica, very helpful. We are indeed working through providing more hands on support for onboarding new teams and team members, so your callout is spot on!

  ### 28. A comprehensive product management tool that supports PMs from start to finish

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yonatan S. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

This tool is a one-stop-shop for product management. Craft.io helped us stay on top of our product management work, but it has also helped us learn how to be a better product team. The feature set of Craft is extremely comprehensive, and they constantly add new features that actually add value. The support team is always on hand to help us get the most out of the tool and improve our product management processes.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

Onboarding can take a bit of a time, but the support team is really good at walking you through the entire tool.

**Recommendations to others considering Craft.io:**

Greatly enjoy this product. After years of using google docs and excel for product design and management, I'm finally having an end-to-end solution for that.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Craft.io, we’ve been able to increase transparency radically across the company. The tool allows us to have one centralized point for all of our product work, so everyone involved always has access to a clear point of reference that’s synced with our dev tools. Because we can see everything presented coherently and logically, we are now making smarter decisions and reduce redundant development. It's is the source of record for what we are thinking about as a product team, and what we are planning to work on in the future.

  ### 29. Brings everything you’re working on into one place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naama H. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

Craft.io is a sophisticated product management tool that really triumphs at distilling everything you need as a product manager into one tool. I was a little skeptical at the outset at how it could replace *all* of our tools (previously we were using a combination of Asana, Roadmunk and Google Sheets) but after using it for 6 months it’s been remarkable how much leaner our product management operations are. We’ve been able to manage our backlog, manage roadmaps, story mapping, workflows, create story specs, collate user feedback AND connect it all to our strategy. Everyone is always on the same page now, without having to scramble between the different tools we used to have.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

The tool allows you to access Saved Views and you can edit and overwrite those, but you can’t save a custom view straight from the planning section. It’s not a huge deal breaker but it would make using the tool a little easier.

**Recommendations to others considering Craft.io:**

Makes the life of a product manager much easier

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Craft.io has allowed us to clearly connect our strategy with planning and product work. Being able to link specific features to our strategic objectives and seeing that connection surfaced across the tool has meant our decision-making process is constantly rooted in our overall goals. We can also keep all communication in-situ, so there’s much more transparency across the business and collaboration is far more efficient than before, when we were communicating across multiple tools without one point of reference.

  ### 30. Great for Story Boarding, Bright Future for Lean Startup/Agile Development

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

The Story Boarding view has been perfect for planning and communicating the bigger epics (roughly 2-5 person-sprints) of work we plan to pursue in a quarter. By viewing these items, we can select epics likely to be completed in a quarter. We label individual items with a color-code to tell us which main performance metric should improve when we implement that item.

We chose to use this product after trialing other products. Some seem to fill in a bunch of checkboxes, mainly from old-school waterfall processes. Others aren't complete enough. Craft.io seems much better tuned for Lean Startup/Agile Development, which is what we use. Of course, virtually everyone is aware that Lean Startup/Agile has a much better success record, when done correctly. I like that Craft.io seems to direct me to do the right thing.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

* Story Board doesn't make enough use of tooltips. I wish hovering over an item would show me the description of the item. This is very helpful in planning sessions with execs or devs.
* I like the colored tabs, but you can't see the tab selection in the detailed view of the item. In the Story Board view I am using the colored tabs to indicate the metric they apply to (traffic, conversion-to-user, retention, virality, monetization)
* The color selection for the tabs are not contrasting for color-blind folks. I seem to be one of them. So, if there was a hover tooltip giving a text description for the tab, that would be great. Why not combine these colored tabs with the label function and call them "tags", so when you hover over the colored item it tells you the meaning (something like "tagname:description" would be super great).
* I wish swimlanes in the Story Boarding section had labeling capability (the lines could just have a text overlay, which would apply to the items below).
* Craft.io is a new product. It gives me what I need right now (which is more than I can say for competitors), and I'm hoping it will improve rapidly as I expand my use of it.

**Recommendations to others considering Craft.io:**

When considering a Product Management tool, have a Lean Startup and Agile savvy person help you establish your product management process. Choosing a good process is the first step before selecting a tool, and understanding that process will help you appropriately use the tool.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our simple pre-quarter meetings with execs, we were able to quickly see all the epics we wanted to tackle, and we were able to make more thoughtful tradeoffs. This clarity is key, and it is helping our CEO communicate more thoughtfully with investors. When the product group and the CEO are not aligned, misery is the likely result.

  ### 31. Awesome Strategic Roadmap

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

Strategic Roadmap
It provides me the necessary overview of the big picture as no other tool is able to do.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

- It doesn't have a (two-way) sync function for ClickUp as it has for Jira
- It isn't possible to filter items on the roadmap, or to show additional information per item on the roadmap
- Currently there are critical, unresolved bugs (which I hope to be solved very soon)

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping an overview over what has been planned for the next months and even years (not only days or weeks)

  ### 32. Finally, a tool that does everything PLUS capacity planning!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

It feels like the sky’s the limit when using Craft.io - we keep coming across new features and undiscovered functionality that are constantly improving our product work. The most useful features we have been using to date are the flexible planning views and capacity planning. Both have enabled us to more accurately allocate resources and adapt to shifting priorities while keeping dev and management teams aware of changes as they happen, without resorting to sharing static powerpoints.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

The sharing feature lacks the ability to give unique names to specific urls - this causes some confusion when you have a long list of shared urls and no way to identify them short of going into each one.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve used many product management tools in the past but this is the first that’s really cracked the issue of capacity planning. The genius thing in Craft.io is that literally everything lives on the same platform, so your epics and stories are linked to specific strategy elements like personas and OKRs, and your backlog items can be connected into prioritization frameworks and then directly to dev tools (in our case, Github).

  ### 33. Complete product lifecycle solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elli P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

Interface, planing, roadmap display, feedback module

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

Cant think of something atm. Its the most complete solution i know

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use craft to manage my product requirements, roadmap and development management

  ### 34. Impactful Product Management Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

The platform is configurable/flexible to support our product framework. Craft has been very responsive to our needs as an organization

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

Our engagement with Craft is newer, at this time, there are no dislikes about the platform to share at this time.

**Recommendations to others considering Craft.io:**

Nothing at this time.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Craft is solution that supports our internal product management framework. Their solution is flexible enough where we can work with Craft to build a workflow process in their software that supports our needs as an organization

  ### 35. Product Management Software

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

- Ability to tie OKRs to Epics and Features is very helpful. Without being able to to understand why you are doing something a team can make the mistake of executing upon features that are not as important as others.
- A focus on viewing the roadmaps from different angles, rather than focusing on feedback collection.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

The data model is fixed rather than being flexible. It only consists of Products > Sections > Features > Sub-Features. If you want to structure your data differently there is not much flexibility there.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized roadmaps that can be shared across business stakeholders. We have realized increased efficiency within the product group, improved planning and prioritization, and deeper insight into our future plans.

  ### 36. The interface is pretty, and tools are customizable and almost always perfectly usable.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laurent P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

Story mapping and sprint planning screens

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

The horizontal scrolling and tiles mysteriously disappearing in the Story mapping screen

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can bring to the table conversation with non tech people about the poduct priority and orientation, and then easily debate with tech team.

  ### 37. Product Management, easier.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander H. | Product Owner, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2019

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

It's opinionated. I mean that in the best way. It has a way it would prefer you to build products - from ideation down to delivery. This is something which can't be understated in how good it is, because with a clear funnel, your deliverables are better.

It's also a clearly modern web app, unlike most of it's competitors (AHA!). You can easily create stories and issues out of notes in the 'scratchpad' feature.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

You cannot move stories/issues between projects. This became a bigger issue for us as we scaled up as a company. Also, it's permissions structure isn't ideal, so I wouldn't let clients become users with any edit function whatsoever as it's not great at keeping receipts on edits.

**Recommendations to others considering Craft.io:**

Think about your developer workflow - it may not work if you need all through integration.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An all in one product management solution. It's almost all the way there.

  ### 38. Nice product roadmap tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Екатерина . | Middle PPC-Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

Roadmap tool (UI, drag and drop, OKR oriented). It's just awesome after Excel roadmaps. Visual, flexible roadmaps, which can be shared with different people and even teams (colleagues, stakeholders)

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

Small integrations number - can't sync it with Bitrix24

**Recommendations to others considering Craft.io:**

Highly recommend for roadmapping! Check out Help portal before using, cause transfer data process is a bit unclear. Multiple workflows connected to each other, so after putting product data you got full picture. Also has a feedback management tool inside, but I didn't use it so much. Very welcome support team :)

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Roadmap planning - check out the pros I mentioned above. Multiple views available - Releases, OKR and Features.

Product backlog - it's easy to manage a backlog with Craft.io. Epics and stories are sorted. You can track the product development progress in one place.

  ### 39. Easy Product Planning

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Вадим . | Специалист по цифровому маркетингу, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2019

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

all features are interconnected. added an item to a watery spot - it appeared in another conveniently. cool drag and drop

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

UX is a bit weird. After sign up, it's not intuitively clear where what is located, but after a couple of days of use, everything fell into place

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product planning process, Roadmap sharing, Workflow management

  ### 40. Complete but complex solution for Product management

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2018

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

It's a solution which focus is on the Stakeholders' side of the product management. It potentially could be a good tool to:
1) High level estimations (Quarterly plannings)
2) Display this product roadmap and estimations to stakeholders of the company.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

1) Too complex to set up.
2) Complex UX, too many options on a single view.
3) I would follow Atlassian/Jira jargon. Don't try to be creative when it's not necessary. (Lean mentality).
4) Pricing. Too expensive. USD 3.5k yearly for team up to 50 users and several products/product lines.
5) Not easy integration/straight forward integration with Jira.
6) Last but not least: please remove Olark from inside the app!!! It's disturbing having the chat popup being displayed all times with 6 notifications at a time!!

**Recommendations to others considering Craft.io:**

For the price given, I would encourage you to use Jira Portfolio. 100% integrated with Jira.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to display company product roadmap to main stakeholders without having to enter into highly detailed Jira/Atlassian.
