Craft.io gives us a single source of truth for products, roadmaps, and strategic initiatives. The flexibility of custom fields lets us capture and report on data exactly the way we need, making it easy to turn information into meaningful insights and reports. The recent addition of MCP capabilities has been especially exciting, opening the door to automated workflows, AI-powered experiences, and integrations that reduce manual effort. It's helping us build solutions where end users can self-serve information and complete tasks with minimal friction, making many processes more seamless and scalable.

The flexibility of Craft means I can create and sync my roadmap between different systems. The, UI is intuitive and the experience is simple enough with an early learning curve to get through. I utilised the MCP which was amazing to see the early beta of that and see how it performed. The support from Craft is second to none and I massively valued the quick support in slack. As mentioned on the MCP I was able to capitalise on the MCP to work with Claude and fully utilise AI to build what I needed to with Craft supporting in the back and my own personal UI built as an artefct on the front end. Altogether Craft's performance is solid. As someone now responsible for the billing I couldn't comment on the pricing and the value for money.
