I like the flexibility Craft.io offers in defining my own process that best fits the needs of the organisation and being able to create the views needed through each stage of the product lifecycle. The Linear integration also helps reduce friction between product and engineering and minimises the manual updates required to ensure effective customer communication on delivery. The ideas portal is also an important feature, along with the ability to create and publish roadmaps to customers. The initial setup was straightforward, with no real issues.
