## Craft.io Reviews
  ### 1. Transformative Tool for Product Alignment, with a Gentle Learning Curve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bethany T. | Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

I love how Craft.io has become our single source of truth for product roadmaps and dependency mapping, helping break down silos across teams and making collaboration much clearer. The tool is easy to learn, flexible, and has been especially embraced by our design and UX teams, who now use it daily. The support from Craft.io's team has also been fantastic, always available to answer questions and guide us through the setup.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

One challenge we faced was when the dependency lines feature was removed, as we had planned to use it extensively for mapping. Also, our initial setup was overwhelming because we imported all our data at once, which made it harder to iterate and experiment with the tool's capabilities. In hindsight, starting with a small sample would have been better. Some permissions (like needing to be owner to create feedback portals) can also be limiting.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a single aligned Roadmap across our entire Portfolio of Products allows for better planning, easier prioritization and clearer dependency mapping.

  ### 2. Connecting strategy to execution in one system

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda B. | Head of Product, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

Craft has become our central product system of record. We use it to connect strategy to execution, and it gives visibility across exec, product, engineering, and go-to-market teams without me rebuilding the same story in five different decks.

The roadmap functionality is a big win. I used to spend hours maintaining PowerPoints for different audiences. Now I can tailor views for board, leadership, or customer conversations directly in Craft and know it’s pulling from the same underlying work. That alone has saved a meaningful amount of time.

I also appreciate how flexible it is. We’ve customized fields to align with our intake process, strategic pillars, and value streams, and it supports the way we think about work without forcing a rigid framework. And the Craft team has been strong partners. Our CSM has been responsive and proactive, which matters when you’re scaling product discipline in a growing organization.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

The hardest part hasn’t been the tool. It’s the change management. Getting a team to truly treat any system as the single source of truth takes repetition and reinforcement. We saw some usage drop after onboarding and I had to be intentional about tying roadmap reviews and strategic conversations back to Craft.

There’s also still some workflow tuning happening on our side, especially around backlog hygiene and prioritization. Craft gives you flexibility, but that means you need to be clear about your own governance. As our product processes mature, we’re continuing to refine how we use it to support that.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Craft is solving fragmentation for us.

Before Craft, strategy lived in one place, roadmaps in PowerPoint, backlog in Jira, and executive updates somewhere else entirely. It required a lot of manual stitching to tell a coherent story from company priorities down to product work. That made alignment harder than it needed to be.

Craft gives us a single place to connect strategic pillars, product themes, initiatives, and features. It helps me clearly show how our roadmap ties to company objectives and makes it easier to communicate that across executives, engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams.

The biggest benefit has been clarity and time savings. I’m spending less time recreating slides and more time actually driving prioritization and outcomes. It’s also elevated the quality of product conversations internally because we’re looking at the same source of truth instead of debating which version of a deck is current.

  ### 3. Easy to Learn and Visually Appealing Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amber K. | Director of Produ t, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

So far, it has been easy to learn how to use and aesthetically pleasing.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

The feedback/research portal is not as fully developed as the rest of the platform; at times, it's a bit glitchy. I would also love to see the feedback portal have more ways to show related ideas for brainstorming.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've used Craft for about a month, and the first problem that I wanted to solve was being able to easily create different versions of the roadmap for stakeholders, which Craft has allowed me to do with ease. I am now working to utilize the capacity feature to support overall planning, which is streamlining our processes and helping to facilitate conversations about priorities.

  ### 4. All-in-One Product Management Made Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SHREYA P . | Program Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

It brings everything related to product management in one place instead of juggling multiple tools for roadmaps, backlog, strategy, and stakeholder updates. The roadmapping feature is very visual and easy to understand and it helps me work more strategically and make better decisions.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

Sometimes it can be a bit slower while handling a large amount of data, and there is also a learning curve in the initial stage, but the customer support was very supportive, which made it easy. Overall, it is an amazing tool

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to resolve the problem of having product work scattered across too many tools. Before the implementation of craft.io, things like strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and execution felt disconnected. Now everything is in one place and which makes it easier for me to see the bigger picture and understand what to focus on.

  ### 5. A clean and powerful Product Management tool that keeps teams aligned.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aniket D. | Graphic Designer, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

What I like most about Craft.io is how easy it is to work with right from day one. The interface feels clean and intuitive, so our team didn't need any heavy onboarding to get started. Even the implementation was smooth. Connecting it with jira and importing our existing backlog took only few minutes and didn't require any deep technical setup. The platform also comes with a solid set of features that actually support real product workflows instead of adding clutter. Road mapping, prioritizing frameworks, feedback gathering, and documentation all live in one place, which keeps everything organized. I also really appreciate how well it integrates with tools we already use, like jira, slack and github. So, communication with the development team stays seamless. Their customers support has also been helpful and responsive whenever we has questions. We used Craft.io almost everyday... updating roadmaps, refining features and syncing with stakeholders and it has genuinely become a core part of how we operate.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

If I had to pint out downsides, I'd say some of the more advanced features take time to fully understand, especially when customizing complex views of workflows. The implementation was overall easy but setting up deeper enterprise-level configurations like permissions and multi-team structures requires some trial and error. While customer support was very responsive but some technical questions sometimes take longer to resolve. Craft.io offers a lot of features, which is great but I do feel the analytics and reporting side could be more detailed compared to some completing tools. Since, this was a daily tool, there's a bit of a learning curve in making sure the whole team follows consistent processes otherwise it's easy for things to get messy.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Craft.io to manage our entire product lifecycle, from ideation and prioritizing to release tracking. It's our single source of truth for product roadmaps, customer feedback, and feature documentation. It keeps our design, dev, and business teams aligned without constant meetings or confusion.

  ### 6. Roadmapping Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deanna L. | Director, Product Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

Craft.io stands out for its ability to make roadmapping functionality easy. The platform makes it incredibly easy to visualize, structure, and communicate product strategies across multiple levels — from high-level initiatives down to granular tasks. The ability to customize views and align roadmaps with objectives is particularly helpful for keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.

Additionally, the user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. New users can get up and running quickly, and experienced product managers will appreciate how fluidly the UI supports complex workflows. The clean design and logical structure make for a pleasant and efficient user experience.

Another highlight is the excellent customer support, particularly during onboarding. Our representative, Amos, was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed with the platform. Their guidance made the initial setup smooth and set us up for long-term success.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

One notable gap is the lack of direct integration with Confluence. For teams that rely heavily on Confluence for documentation and knowledge sharing, this missing link creates friction in maintaining a seamless workflow across tools and causes less than ideal workarounds to be created.

Another shortcoming is how dates from workspace-level initiatives don’t sync cleanly with the portfolio-level view. This misalignment can lead to confusion or manual overhead when trying to ensure consistency across strategic layers. It would be helpful if date synchronization was more automatic and transparent across hierarchies.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Craft.io helps solve a core challenge many product teams face: connecting strategy to execution in a way that’s clear, visible, and scalable. Before using Craft, aligning roadmap items with business objectives and keeping cross-functional teams on the same page was a manual and disjointed process. Craft has streamlined that by centralizing our product planning, prioritization, and communication into one coherent system.

As a result, I’m seeing real benefits in terms of greater team alignment, and clearer visibility for stakeholders. It’s significantly reduced the time spent updating spreadsheets or presentation decks, and allowed me to focus more on strategic planning and product delivery.

  ### 7. Good Product Management tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dario B. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

Craft.io is a great help for managing our product work. We use the tool with daily frequency to keep track of developments, and it has enough features to cover pretty much everything we need, it is in the sweet spot between simple and powerful. It is very easy to use, with a clean and straightforward UI, so getting started did not take long. Integrating it with our company process was smooth too, which is a big plus to onboard when you start to use it. In this phase, we particularly appreciated the role of customer support too, quick and effective.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

Sometimes the app is a bit slow, especially when handling lots of data. It is not a dealbreaker, but it can be frustrating sometimes.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dealing with the complexity of creating (and evolving) a new product. Keeping track of the product evolution and create a knowledge management repository. Spread product requirements across the product and development teams.

  ### 8. A Smart tool for Planning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fernando R. | Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

Craft.io makes it easy to align product strategy with execution. I especially like how intuitive the interface is—it’s clean, well-organized, and helps me stay focused on priorities

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

I’ve found that some advanced customization options—especially around workflow templates and reporting—can be a bit limited. It would be great to have more flexibility in tailoring views or exporting data for broader stakeholder reporting

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Craft.io helps solve the challenge of aligning product decisions with strategic goals. It centralizes product planning, making it easier to prioritize features, track progress, and communicate decisions clearly across teams. This has improved our decision-making process and reduced the time spent switching between tools or chasing updates.

Product management, Roadmap communication

  ### 10. A must-have tool for Product Managers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dimitris T. | Senior Product Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

I've been using Craft on a daily basis for the past few months.
Supports simple to quite complex projects, that span across business segments.
Very easy to add new fields and shape the data the way you want them
Very easy to create new views and slice & dice the data in multiple ways
UI is easy to understand and navigate

Has improved the way we manage the backlog, prioritize items, prepare the committed and uncommited roadmap and have a consolidated view across all our business segments.
Bidirectional Jira integration, that can work across different Jira Projects.

Implementation was been straight forward from Craft's side. Delays were due to us having to re-think our processes and align with best practices
The customer success team have been absolutely fabulous so far, going the extra mile on many occasions.
Also Craft have been very responsive in our requests for new features / enhancements.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

I would not say I dislike the following items, but mostly that they could be improved in future versions:

- Sorting on multiple fields in a table view
- Making custom-fields mandatory
- Searching data across custom fields in a table view
- Prohibiting the deletion of items, once they have been synced to Jira
- Alerting Product Managers on specific events (for example when a date slips)
- Workflows for effort approval

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Craft is here to
- act as the single source of truth for all Product Management tasks (backlog, prioritization, roadmaps, specifications, aligning work with the company strategy)
- make it easy to create and share a common view of the roadmap, targeted at different audiences (internal / external) and presented at different levels of detail (high-level Initiatives, Solutions, Features)
- collect Feedback from various teams and tie it to new Product features

Craft is helping the entiere organization, to instantly have a clear view on what we are building and why.

  ### 11. Simple, intuitive, and easy-to-maintain tool.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Camila P. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

I managed to give a lot of visibility to my direction on our product's roadmap, the tool is simple, integrates with our development system, avoiding rework, I am loving using it.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

The only point that could be improved is the language, both the tool and the videos and documentation are in English, it would be interesting if they were in Portuguese.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Roadmap management and visibility for the direction. Previously, I managed and reported everything in spreadsheets, now everything is located in the tool, I just send a link to everyone and they can get a simple and quick view of everything we have planned, what we are executing, etc.

  ### 12. A great tool to manage complex product backlog

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bilal S. | Senior Technical Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

Great interface, ease of use.
An integrated solution with feedback portal that can directly feed into the product backlog.
A very robust integration with Jira, with ability to work with Jira customizations.
Release planning and tracking capacbilities are very effective.
Support is always there with both training and resolving complex issues.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

Need more flexibility to deal with backlog hierarchy. Some tools like Jira can't fully align with Craft's Product->Epic->Feature->Task hierarchy. This requires some workarounds to make things work.
Need a better way or tools for customers to self-resolve integration issues with external tools.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Craft has streamlined our feedback collection and review process which is crucial for our product development.
Craft has also enabled to plan our releases more effectively by allowing to put it all on a timeline which can be visualized easily.
Craft has helped to organzie our backlog in a logical structure that helps to visualize the product in terms of multiple business services that we provide.

  ### 13. Amazing onboarding experience - Thank you!

**Reviewed by:** Nancy V. | Senior Product Owner, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

The onboarding experience was awesome and a new standard. One of the reasons we have struggled in the past with product management tools are getting out of the tool what we need with little or no guidance and working with Craft has been the complete opposite experience.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

Nothing so far, the one piece of feedback I provided already had a solution!

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to manage and provide views at different altitudes for different audiences

  ### 14. Transformed how my team and I manage our product development process.

They provide top-notch customer support. Whenever we have questions or need assistance, the support team has been responsive and helpful, ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly.

Craft.io continually updates and improves its platform, regularly rolling out new features and enhancements based on user feedback. This commitment to continuous improvement reassures us that we are using a tool that evolves with the industry’s best practices.

In summary, Craft.io has significantly improved our product management efficiency and collaboration. It is powerful, user-friendly, easy to implement, and integrated while offering a feature-rich platform that I would highly recommend to any product development team looking to streamline their workflow and enhance their strategic planning.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

There isn't a way to make fields required.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Craft.io provides powerful backlog management and roadmapping tools that help teams organize and prioritize tasks efficiently. Visualizations like Kanban boards and timelines make planning, tracking progress easier, and adjusting priorities as needed.

**Reviewed Date:** January 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

Rapid support
new frequent features

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

price
time for implementation

don' need to to have 5+ tools for product's and teams' processes

  ### 16. Craft is a game changer for Product management: Roadmapping, capacity planning and prioratisation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dean P. | Director of Product, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

It's easy to use and intuitive. The two-way integration to JIRA means that it can act as an interface, and all of your product management activities, such as road paving, ideation, and prioritisation, can be done on craft with data being fed directly from JIRA.

There is no single way to use it, and you can tailor the tool to your systems and processes.

There is also a capacity planner, which has become a game changer for us in terms of planning complex Epics with multiple user stories across different teams confidently far into the future.

The tool is also customisable, so you can change terms, add your own fields, etc.

The best feature is the ability to create a single roadmap, but instantly change the view for your audience. For example, being in a B2B service, I can show the roadmap across all teams, but then instantly switch the view to show single clients roadmaps.

I've used craft in two companies now and introduced the tool both times. The service and level of attention of their support management are second to none.I'll be using craft long into he future.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

Not had any issues with craft. Sometimes you can sync too much and it slows it down, but there are configurations and settings for that

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A clear understanding of the Product cycle and capacity planning. Moving certain processes into the tool, such as prioritization makes them a lot more efficient.

  ### 17. Really intuitive software for simplifying Product Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan K. | Head of Product, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

Simple and easy to use interface that integrates well with other tools such as Jira. Great roadmap functionality that makes it easier to track and share key product items.
Getting feedback from real users and being able to track them through prioritisation, problem definition and onwards to development is very valuable.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

A fair bit of effort needed to get going and integrations set up for the first time

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collating and centralizing real user feedback all in one place really helps us to engage with our users and then act on the feedback, ultimately helping us deliver better solutions for our customers.

  ### 18. Powerful but Pricey tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

Craft.io offers the necessary toolset for Product (management) teams in combination with other project management software. It is easy-to-use and can make work more transparent and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

The integration with mass file uploads is limited and so are the 3rd party integrations.

There are howerver free or almost free alternatives to Craft, so smaller product teams cannot really justify the price.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An easy tool to oversee internal and external stakeholder product feedback and construct roadmap.

  ### 19. Good product management platform

  ### 22. Craft is an excellent, easily consumable tool for organizing and sharing roadmaps with stakeholders

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

Craft has been super helpful to our product team to view, rank, and prioritize items by different use cases, workstreams, and team priorities. The integration with Jira is immensely helpful and allows us the ability to share roadmap items with teammates in a fashion that is more digestible (and less distracting) than Jira tickets.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

Some features are not immediately obvious or intuitive to find (for example, editing labels).

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Craft helps us prioritize and rank stories, features, and tickets, especially across different "cuts" of data (for example, ranking tickets that specifically relate to an upcoming initiative or for features explicitly requested by customers). The workspace views are also immensely helpful in narrowing down roadmap views for stakeholders to the essential items they need to focus on (or be aware of) for upcoming time periods. This helps avoid them getting lost in the weeds or getting confused in Jira tickets.

  ### 23. Very flexible, emergent system with a highly engaged customer success team for enterprise clients

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Capital Markets | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

I love that it can be customized to suit various prioritization frameworks and visualize items across the board.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

Being a startup, some functionality is still clunky, but the team practices what they preach by actively gathering feedback and turning those into real fixes and enhancements.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Abilitiy to visualize roadmaps more flexibly than Jira and curate tailored views for various audiences. It helps us steer product team members toward strategy and prioritization, away from being mired in execution and delivery details.

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

Craft is straight-forward and easy to use

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

Nothing really, all the features we need.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Craft is an end-to-end product management tool that organizes from the idea stage in the feedback portal to delivery with the Jira integration. Craft is helping us aggregate all of our OKRs in the strategy and tie it to the product roadmap. Since Craft is so easy, we didn't need to waste time onboarding PMs. They could start getting value immediately. The easy reports and presentation views makes it seamless to share with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

  ### 27. Craft + JIRA + Power BI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

  ### 28. Streamline Your PM Workflow with Craft.io ... it's Game-Changing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee T. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

Craft.io provides teams seeking efficiency, collaboration, and seamless product delivery (from strategy to execution). It has an incredible amount of customizable features that cater to the unique needs of different organizations. I can create different views regarding my backlog, prioritization, and roadmaps for different audiences. There are templates that I can leverage to help with ensuring best standard practice. With Craft.io's robust integration capabilities with tools such as Azure Devops and Jira, I can synch with downstream delivery teams' workspace. They can see priority changes, while I can see planned work items and progress updates. The feedback portal streamlines the demand intake to execution process with its ability to link ideas to an existing feature or promote the feedback into a feature. It also provides a way for submitters to understand where the feedback is in the process. The enterprise support for Craft.io is top-notch, with follow-up and customer listening sessions. They really care about customer feedback.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

The timeline roadmap view auto-sizes the titles of work items to the start and end date so a long title with a short duration will not be fully viewable until you hover over it. I want more ability to customize the Craft.io feedback form, where you can customize the default fields and the overall layout.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Craft.io is helping me solve our organization's transformation to Product thinking and Agile ways of working. It allows our Product Managers to manage their OKRs, product vision, product strategy, and customer/user research. Craft.io's feedback portal is more than just an intake form; it's ability to link to existing backlog items, add status (both internal and external view), and capture comments and internal notes streamlines idea/feedback management. A prioritization method like WSJF or Moscow is a must for PMs, Craft provides templates that can quickly get me started to prioritize the backlog and share this as either a shared view or send the information down to another agile tool like Azure Devops. This saves time and allows for real-time transparency in decision-making.

  ### 29. Great Planning Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

User-Friendly Interface: Craft.io has a very intuitive, user-friendly interface. Even people without technical backgrounds find it easy to navigate.

Robust Roadmapping Features: Craft.io's product roadmapping features are comprehensive, allowing teams to plan, strategize, and track progress effectively.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

nothing so far, we have not experienced any issues yet

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the common challenges for product management teams is to visualize and communicate the product's direction. Craft.io provides a robust tool for creating, adjusting, and sharing product roadmaps, which helps teams align on goals and expectations.

**Official Response from Elad Simon:**

> Thanks so much for the great feedback, really appreciate it!!

  ### 30. Good for smaller teams

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

It's very visual and its easy to visualise what you plan to do and why in an attractive format to digest at a glance. You can link strategic goals and OKRs and it doesn't enforce a particular way to do this which makes it easy to use. It integrates with Jira, including Jira's advanced roadmaps/plans.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

This is probably better for smaller teams/roadmaps. The presentation is nice but it's difficult to fit much in some of the views when you have multiple products and teams. At that point, Excel becomes more useful. In particular, the columns and rows are spaced to far apart and labels are hard to view.

The Jira integration is troublesome and keeps cutting out.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better way of showing stakeholders roadmaps and why we are doing what we are doing than using Jira.

  ### 31. Amazing product that helped us to streamline our requirements gathering

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

Various road map capabilities
An ability to share client-specific roadmap
The integration with the external services

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

The comments system is rather difficult to use

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The craft allows us to give clear visibility for the developers on the upcoming goals and share the progress with the external clients on the features of their interest.

  ### 32. Craft.io - Empowering Product Management Excellence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Translation and Localization | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

Craft.io has been an absolute game-changer for our product management team. From ideation to execution, this robust platform has revolutionized the way we approach and manage our product development lifecycle. I couldn't be happier with the results we've achieved since incorporating Craft.io into our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

It would be great if Craft offered integration with Confluence. Expanding the integration options to include a broader range of project management and collaboration tools would provide users with more flexibility.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Craft.io solves critical problems in product management, benefiting development teams and end users alike. It improves collaboration and communication, streamlines prioritization based on user feedback, and offers visibility into the product roadmap. The integration it offers with Jira eliminates disjointed workflows. Overall, Craft.io enhances efficiency, collaboration, and decision-making, resulting in user-centric products and improved success.

**Official Response from Elad Simon:**

> Thanks a lot for the feedback, always appreciated! Just as FYI - we are working these days on our Confluence integration, which would allow you to embed any view from Craft.io directly onto a confluence page, so stay tuned!

  ### 33. Craft.io for PM

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

It is good for adding details about projects. We have used it to help plan our annual operating plan for our product team. I like how it can be linked to Jira tickets and different items can be assigned to team members.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

I do not like how difficult it is to search in craft.io. I find it quite difficult to find items sometimes as we have many different projects accross the organization. It would be nice if it was easier to search and filter for items.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping our teams solve problems around prioritization for product related goals and for viewability of our ongoing project items/proposals for management.

**Official Response from Elad Simon:**

> Thanks for the feedback! Always appreciate it. In terms of the search functionality mentioned, did you try our new global search functionality? It's right at the top of the page and also works with CTRL+K/CMD + K. Would love it if you check it out and let us know what you think :)

  ### 34. One of the best Product Management Tools on the Market

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

A one stop platform for creating product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs and managing ongoing feature intake, with good guru templates and integrations to other DEVOPS tools.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

Has a weak story mapping and persona feature. The spec editors are quite cumbersome to work with at times and some of the guru templates for spec editing could be improved.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility into Product Portfolio and Release Management across our many products. Ability to link to Portfolio goals and initiatives for consolidated reporting.

  ### 35. the full package for strategic road mapping, feedback gathering tool that will truly enable any PM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephan B. | Sr Product Manager @ATB's Brightside, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

The ability to utilize the "guru views" these are a couple of pre-made templates from existing frameworks you can easily apply or even experiment with without too much effort. this allows me to apply so many different mindsets, frameworks, presentation styles to frame our process of delivering on the product strategy.

further the platform has a lot of functionalities, it really feels like Craft.io has been around for some time and has delivered a full package.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

At times the UI can feel a bit overwhelming, There are a lot of fields andmenu buttons to follow. i had a few times where i want sure what to do with all these fields, which one to apply making me a bit disorganized in my work. The onboarding therefore takes some time.

**Recommendations to others considering Craft.io:**

Implement a live support channel
Dark mode :)

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to find a "partner tool" to help me in my efforts to build a strategic roadmap that's focused on product management. Using the different guru templates, this has certainly become the case. I can easily apply my preferred framework and connect/display the different epics/features etc.

Additionally, i wanted to a tool that helps visualize the roadmap easily to stakeholders and takes minimum effort to adjust any features on the roadmap. This has also been achieved by easily adjusting dates/PIs on one feature and this adjust to date on another view.

  ### 36. Streamlining our product and R&D workflow with Jira Integration

**Reviewed by:** Matan G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

The seamless integration between Craft.io and Jira has taken our team's efficiency and collaboration to the next level

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

I didn’t find something in particular that was of dissatisfaction

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our product team was struggling with using Jira, but we didn't want to break the teams into separate tools. Craft.io integration was easy to set up, and now both teams are working just as efficiently and effectively as before, with added bonus of improved process tracking capabilities. Our team leaders are thrilled with the results.

  ### 37. My favorite feedback collection and strategy tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oren S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

The structured feedback form allowing us to optimize our feedback collection process and easily visualize all the items with feedback for prioritization was a genuine upgrade for our team

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

We didn't find something that we didn't like. The tool has lots of features, so it took us a while to learn about all the features.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team realizing we need a better way to collect all our feedback, using different sources for feedbackאימ collection our current process was a bottleneck, using the feedback form and the items with feedback visualization we managed to improve our process speed and accuracy significantly

  ### 38. Better decision-making and objectives focus

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gil O. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

The ability to visualize all our product data with all the different views available out of the box, or even create our own views based on any criteria we wanted is not something I've seen other platforms do so well.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

It is very focused toward the product management use-case, so when our marketing team tried to use it, they didn't feel at home like we did

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Craft.io helped our team organize and align all our product data and process with our objectives. Making sure we don't waste time or money building products that are not aligned with our stakeholders direction

  ### 39. The best tool to manage the entire product lifecycle with

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristina M. | Product Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Craft.io?**

I love how we were able to implement our entire product lifecycle across all stages of it. This is the first time our team was able to properly adjust our work to a tool, leaving behind most of the other tools we were using for all our product work. From ideation and planning to prioritization, deployment, roadmapping and feedback collection, the platform streamlines the entire process, making it much easier for teams to manage their products.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

The initial setup is challenging, but once it is operational, life becomes lot easier.
Having a Movie would be great on the onboarding

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing the entire product lifecycle, collecting feedback, managing and prioritizing backlog, creating roadmaps and creating a collaborative enviroment for the entire team.

Craft still needs a lot of work on usability and integration with other systems

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting team work to organization level goals

  ### 41. Craft is a great notetaking act to manage your ideas, goals, and tasks

**Reviewed by:** Krystal K. | Founder and Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

The Craft interface is clean and uncluttered. The setup is intuitive to use and easy to get started on, and Craft offers helpful documents to get you started using it right away.

**What do you dislike about Craft.io?**

I love Craft but I wish Craft offered a few features other notetaking apps offer such as the ability to tag, a web clipper, and the ability to forward emails to Craft.

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Craft as my notetaking app to write down all of my ideas and tasks for both my professional job and my personal life. It is easy to organize notes by day and to take notes on the fly to capture ideas to revisit later.

The objective-driven roadmap is something that we were aggressively looking for. We got it with craft.
Other than that, we are using prioritisation, capacity planning and backlog management with craft.

Looking forward for gitlab integration. We are using gitlab as issue tracker, if backlog can be integrated, it would be a great plus for us.
It's costly with per editor model

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An all-in-one product management tool. It's helping us in backlog management, OKR driven prioritisation and feature mapping. Capacity planning is super useful in scrums

The miriad of ways I can display the data. It really helps me plan and then tell the story to stakeholders

**What problems is Craft.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me see a high level view of the product. It is built from a PO point of view, so I can see what's ahppening in pictures. It brings together a wide variety of views which help in different tasks.

Have fun!
