What do you like best about Scout?

I find the video interviewing capabilities of Scout impressive; they are easy, comfortable, and tailored with job-specific questions. I appreciate the software's ability to detect fraud, including monitoring multiple browsers and identifying other voices during interviews. The straightforward setup process and the simple API integrations make it a valuable addition to our existing tech stack. I love how Scout significantly reduces the time spent on resume reviews and ensures that only top candidate choices proceed further, enhancing overall efficiency. The AI assistant is outstanding—reviewing resumes faster than any human, scoring them, and handling initial interviews. This accelerates the delivery of top candidates to clients like never before.
