Very good job **What do you dislike about Country Navigator?** I went over some of the content (e.g., countries I lived in) and I think it could use some refinement. e.g, when comes to Israel and coaching it says "Help Israelis refine their straightforward style to avoid being perceived as overly blunt" -- Israelies are very direct, however, when they work with other Israeli colleagues, or with other direct communicators they should keep their directness. So so nuanced are missing Japan, China etc are all very indirect cultures.- there is no comment about being more direct when communicating with Western cultures.
