Bolster has been a revelation in our custom home business. We love the software for many reasons - it has saved us hours, if not days of time, when estimating, which means we can turn around quotes faster. These speedy quotes, or presentations as Bolster calls them, have aided us in winning more jobs for our business, increasing our revenue by an order of magnitude. The selections features save us and customers so much time in the budgeting phase of our projects, which sets expectations for our clients and allows them to be informed from day 1 of working with them. Our support on the software has also been amazing, our CSM Ryan has been super responsive and helped us from the beginning, not to mention George who has helped build out our account so that we have our own pricing and the pricing of our subcontractors in system as well. A few bugs here and there, but the team is so good and quick at responding to things, they are usually ironed out within the day or by the next day we log on. This has increased our revenue greatly, as we are able to win more jobs at our business and grow. Just this year we have won 3 more custom homes using the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Bolster? Software was extremely clunky and price templates did not update properly. Payment platform is not well integrated and took forever to link. Customer service is atrocious and absolutely not on your side. They will do everything in their power to lock you into a year contract, and then when their software underperforms and is virtually unusable, they will tell you it’s your fault for signing the contract. They don’t care whether or not you’re happy with their insufficient product. Stay away from this company at all costs. There are endless better alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
