I really appreciate how CosmoLex helps save my time through the automation of practice management and file management. It also assists with bookkeeping, but what I like the most is that it keeps everything up to date. They regularly release new features, and I value their ongoing support from the tech team. The introduction of the open API was particularly helpful for automation. I also enjoy the integration with tools like Gmail. The setup was pretty easy when they first launched, and even though it has more features now, there's a supportive team available. I've been using since I started up my practice in 2017. Since 2017 the service has steadily eroded especially in the last few years where they keep hiking up the price every few months by $10. For me the final straw is their billing system where they locked my account due to alleged non payments - even though the last three payments were withdrawn fine.
