"Terrible Experience - Always Price Gouging"

What do you like best about CosmoLex?

Used to be good with one of the few practice management softwares that can also do Canada compliant accounting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CosmoLex?

I've been using since I started up my practice in 2017.

Since 2017 the service has steadily eroded especially in the last few years where they keep hiking up the price every few months by $10.

For me the final straw is their billing system where they locked my account due to alleged non payments - even though the last three payments were withdrawn fine.

I'm going to be moving away from something. I suggest you stay away unless you also want to be held ransom due to their billing issues.
