Cortextual Reviews & Product Details

Cortextual is a Workforce Transition Platform built for companies navigating growth, restructuring, and the shift to human + AI teams. It gives founders, COOs, and Heads of People a live view of their organization — including team structure, reporting lines, workforce costs, and dependencies — so they can understand the impact of workforce changes before committing to them. As companies grow, restructure, or adopt AI, roles shift, teams change, and workforce decisions become more complex. Many leaders are making those decisions without a clear picture of what each role costs, where critical dependencies exist, or what could happen if the organization changes. Cortextual brings org structure, workforce costs, and scenario planning into one live view. Leaders can model restructuring and AI transition scenarios before acting, understand organizational dependencies and knowledge risk, and make workforce decisions using real data rather than assumptions. Three core capabilities: • Org visibility — See team structure, reporting lines, role costs, and dependencies in one live view. • Scenario builder — Model restructuring and AI transition scenarios before committing to them. • Compliance hub — Access legal, payroll, and tax support for workforce transitions through Compliance Tokens. Cortextual also connects company knowledge across tools such as Google Drive, Slack, Gmail, Notion, and Confluence, helping teams retain and access important information as the organization evolves. Knowledge and AI capabilities provide additional context when needed, rather than being the primary reason to use the platform. Built for founders, COOs, and Heads of People at companies with 20–250 employees, especially teams without an HRIS or evaluating one for the first time. Free to start, with no headcount gate and no demo required.
