**What do you like best about Corpay One?**

So far the parts of Corpay I have liked are: the integration with QBO, the ability to have team members fill out expense reports, the tools inside the platform to convert email text to a bill (especially helpful for 1099 workers to send hours), and the support! Emma with Corpay has gone above and beyond to help train, support, and onboard my client. 
I had tried other bill pay softwares and this one is my favorite.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

Some of the tools are a little buggy. If things are not in the right format, sometimes they don't import. There is a little bit of a learning curve and I wish they had more languages available. Right now they have English and Dutch. It really hope they add Spanish for some of my client's workers that are Spanish speakers.

**What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My client really needed a way to have workers upload hours and also send in receipts for reimbursement in a way that made it simple and clean. The owner was preciously doing everything all lumped together and it was all over the place in texts, emails, and over the phone. It was very messy. Corpay has helped organize and document and systematize the process.

Site is easy to use and if you make a  mistake and have to call in the agents are very helpful.

Site can be a little slow at times but other than  that no issues.

When trying to make payments in Euro and the coverstion is differnt than what you calucated.

**What do you like best about Corpay One?**

Corpay is intuitive and flexible.  They are constantly looking at ways to improve efficiencies and ease of use.  It syncs quickly and easily with QuickBooks Online Advanced.  Bank reconciliations in QBO are easy as Corpay nicely reflects the actual individual disbursement.  I also like the ability to pay multiple vendor bills of a single vendor and they sync correctly in QBO.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

Unfortunately, because of their ongoing improvement efforts, they sometimes change a feature that I felt worked well for us.  The new feature may be better for other users but hasn't been a net improvement for me.

**What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Corpay One has helped us to modernize our AP process.  We now feel very comfortable working from home, the office, or even the hotel without losing functionality or workflow processes.

**What do you like best about Corpay One?**

I like that there is an app. If it worked like it's supposed to, then I would have definitely stuck with it. My customer service rep was very nice and tried to be helpful when available.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

As a bookkeeper who works with construction companies, it seemed like it was going to be a good solution to sync bills and expenses with QBO, but there were constant glitches within Corpay's functionality itself. There were so many problems with the OCR and inability to override certain features. It would take several days, sometimes over a week, to hear back from our customer service rep. They also recently increased their fees, which I could understand if the service was worth it, but it's not.

**What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unfortunately, it did not solve my problems. I tried it agian after several months and the issues in Corpay's functionality persisted, so I had to let it go since I need something reliable to recommend to my clients.

**What do you like best about Corpay One?**

Corpay has great workflows and multilevel approvals. Great customer service if I need to reissue a check. Quickbooks integration is excellent. UI has become quite streamlined.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

The new pricing structure is awkward and a bit steep. There is a charge per payment issued, which is fine. However, there is also a tiered monthly subscription fee with document limits for each plan that feel pretty low. The employee reimbursement feature that is included could be good. But in my experience has been to clunky to be worth using.

**What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves us from manually creating checks and allows easy EFT's for vendors that want them. Allows an easy way for Treasurer to approve bills that were entered by bookkeeper.

I do not understand what I am supposed to do on the home screen. Why do I have to go to find my transactions in order to complete my reports?

**What do you like best about Corpay One?**

The customer relationship has been the most critical aspect of my experience with Corpay One. Since the beginning, a team of qualified professionals has provided stellar support and continues to do so. I am looking forward to expanding my use of the bill pay and credit cards products with Corpay One.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

Some functionalities are still being developed but the Corpay Customer Success Team always appreciates my feedback and makes me feel that I am being heard.

**What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was using Bill.com before and their fees were hurting my budget. Corpay One offers for F-R-E-E about the same functionalities that Bill.com does, with a better workflow approval system.

**What do you like best about Corpay One?**

It's very easy to learn.  It syncs seamlessly to Quickbooks Online.  I can attach copies of invoices or "create" an invoice if I don't have one. Corpay is continuously making cool upgrades to the system.  Corpay's customers service department (Megan) and technical support (Anthony and Hunter) are very responsive and helpful - they're the best!.  The price is very competitive with other A/P vendors.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

We use the Corpay credit card (multiple users on our account) and  occasionaly a couple of the cards have been blocked.  It could be our spending habits :), but we never know why.  However, it's very easy to unlock the card and keep going!

**What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes paying vendors a breeze!  We can send emails through corpay to allow vendors to choose how they want to get paid!  The upload and approval process is very easy and quick!

It is extremely complicated to process contracts and invoices that require different forms of coding, and invoices that require multiple payments.

**What do you like best about Corpay One?**

Support is getting better at handling your support request faster than a year ago. The workflows are great - we had lots of layers of approvals. Still would like next-day ACH but not available yet.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

Had some issues with workflows not working correctly and payments made that should not have been. It can be frustrating to understand it all but it is a very robust system.

**What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Set up bills to be paid using OCR. Can use workflows to help guide it in the correct direction. Will remember classes as well - great for churches. Nice to not have to print checks.

**What do you like best about Corpay One?**

The syncing to QBO is the most helpful part about Corpay. I upload/email my receipts, categorize, approve and bam! it is done. Corpay is a bit on the expensive side, but the time savings has been worth it.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

I would like for Corpay to default payment to check, not virtual card (vcc). It has caused a few headaches. The other quirk that I would like fixed is that I would like to download all payments to a vendor and send it to the vendor. There have been a few times someone has asked for a list of payments and I am unable to provide that.

**What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time! I have limited time to set aside for accounts payable. Corpay has freed up time from entering/printing/signing/stamping/mailing checks to the vendors. It also has given the vendors the ability to have ACH.

The ability to have flexibility in managing bill payments for clients is something that we all strive for.  Making things as easy as possible.  Payments with multiple options to cater to the way your client wants to pay.

My identity verification was a hassel that I wouldn't want anyone to go through.  But after getting set up they are great just a huge bump to overcome initially

Being able to pay multiple clients bills all from one area.  Deciding when and how to pay bills.  Communicating with clients in real time and being on top of things.

**What do you like best about Corpay One?**

The best part of Corpay one is the ability to add workflows so that bills can be added by my form and approved by the client.  Other bill pay services do not have this added feature.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

The amount of time for a check to reach the vender is longer than I would prefer.

**What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to automatically send clients email invoices through an email filter, over to their CorPay one account where they are set for approval to post to their accounting software and paid.  This has streamlined our data entry to bill pay process

Nothing, the service oversells and under delivers at every single step.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

Initially the sales representative contacted me about converting all our AP to their service. They stated it would take 3-5 business days to review and get setup.  He offered a $10,000 line to cover all our monthly AP. Then after 4 weeks of struggling with their internal department they came back with a $1000 credit line that covers not any single AP monthly invoice. Then after using it twice they reduced our line to $200 citing "Market Conditions". When I called to complain our representative had transferred to a different division. When I called to cancel, they called me back 4 times and sent me two emails asking what the reason was and only after making two additional calls and being transferred 3 times was I able to completely cancel the account. This company and their site of financial services is a piece a garbage not worth the investment of your time.

None, they fell short on every single part of the service.

Corpay One makes is quick and easy to get reimbursed for mileage. The system is extremely user friendly. I am so impressed with Corpay One.

In all honesty, I have not come across an issue with the system. It is quick and east to use.

The Corpay One system is quick and easy to use. It solves the issue of waiting for reimbursements the traditional way. They quickly verify your statements making it an efficient way to get your money back.

I like the automatic entry rules, OCR data capture, multi-level rules capability, and QBO intergration.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

Some features are hard to find--the UI is sometimes not very intuitive. Also got hung up when setting up new funding accounts for clients--needed to enter an authorized signer's name, not the biz name. Stuff like that is a bit head scratching. New fees are frustrating.
Do hope they add a receivables module in the future.

By popular demand (and in a switch from my long-time reluctance) I've begun offering AP services for my (mostly) non-profit clients. I needed a cost-effective solution Corpay fills the bill. I'm just getting started (only have seven clients signed up so far) and have paid only about ten bills but so far, so good.

Being able to collaborate easliy with clients to review and submit Bills for payments. Particularly the the level of detail we're able to track in process.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

This is hard to say, I don't see much to dislike. Perhaps  more customization for layout of the dashboard would be nice.

**What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CorpayOne helps me manage AP for my clients while still leaving them in the driver's seat to provide a final approval. The software integrates smoothly with QuickBooks and provides great options for documentation backup and review.

The most helpful has been having receipts in one place and having everything digitized so we're not trying to track down receipts.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

The least helpful thing about Corpay has been the user friendliness of it. I wish there was a better training process provided by Corpay itself to teach people how to use it for submitting receipts and reimbursement requests.

**What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending reimbursements to employees that are working remotely without having to use the process of writing paper checks is a huge plus.

Corpay has a lot of conveniences like being able to email receipts and bills. It's easy to use and I use it multiple times a week. Customer service is quick to answer.

It's inconsistent with syncing to QB and I have to spend more time reaching out to support than I'd like. I've probably lost as much time as I've saved by using Corpay.

If I HAD to pic something, it would be that it integrates to QBO. (Most of the time.) If it doesn't, it is going to take weeks getting someone to get it synced.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

The thing I dislike most, is it isn't free anymore. It already takes WAY too long for money to be mailed/sent out, and now it's going to cost us to have these ridiculously slow payments?

**What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are mailing payments/sending ACH payments for my clients, but at an incredibly slow speed. If it is an ACH payment, it should be just about automatic. Now, there are going to be fees on top of Corpay sitting on that money for a few days to collect interest. Unacceptable.

The ACH and check delivery is magnificient. We are extrememly pleased with the tokens that vendors can set up and the way everything links with QBO.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

There are many items that seem like they are still beta. For example, you can upload your contacts but it's useless because then you cannot use token features. When you bulk upload bills you often have to reenter vendor info that is already contained in the system. Corpay should be able to locate identical entries. If I even enter a single bill it cannot find saved vendor contacts.

We are able to pay vendors anyplace in the world simply and this was quiet a challege before.

CorPay One was amazing for automated AP! The approvals, expense reimbursments and payments were all in the same place.  ACH was easy to set up and very reasonable.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

What I disliked about Corpay was the credit card application was broken and I couldn't offer the service to my clients.  I know there is transition with SVB bank so hopefully this will be resolved soon.

**What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having the AP automated in one place was perfect for my clients on the go as well as allowing my staff to be in one place for all of our clients. With the integration to the accounting software (Xero and Hubdoc) our processes are more streamlined.

The most helpful thing about Corpay One is the the auto-analyzing feature. I can upload multiple bills and not have to tediously mark them. This feature is noticeably self-learning and improves over time.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

One of the not-so-great things about Corpay One is the rule setting process can be too complicated when set into practice. I think it's actually comprehensive but for those teams that may not understand how to use it well, there should be some guardrails in place.

**What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paying bills is what Corpay One is solving and also getting reimbursements which can be approved accross teams in a timely manner and with the proper tracking for the statements.

Setting up with Corpay One was easy and painless.  Even the videos were helpful in getting us up and running properly with the system. Their customer service and account reps are with you all the way.

So far we haven't had any problems with the software, if there would be one thing I would like to see it would be more communication, i.e. blogs, email, videos on what are the latest improvements and/or updates more frequently.

We use it internally for AP automation, but mostly we recommend it to clients for their AP, Invoice, and Spend management.  It has shortened the time to get our AP processed.

**What do you like best about Corpay One?**

It's free, while competitors usually charge.   Generally, the bill paying function works well, and with the new changes in ACH payment times, payments are much more timely than they used to be.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

Very glitchy.  For a small organization, we have had a ton of problems, especially with the reimbursement functionality.  The support staff response time is completely unpredictable, and the estimates they give you for when someone will report back are usually significantly shorter than what they tell you.  (No idea when they are actually open.)  It's not unusual for someone to say give me a few minutes to review this information, then it takes hours (or the next day) for them to get back to you.  Do not like that reimbursement cannot be given by check  (only ACH).  Integration with QBO is spotty and not easy to fix when there are problems identified.

**What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have to send documents around for approval by printing/mailing or emailing; love that approvals are integrated within CorpayOne.  Wish that it could be enhanced by sending out notices when an approver has not approved a document after a certain specified period of time.

Because our team is large and cross collaboration happens often, it would not make sense to create accounts for each indiviual. So if you have a large team that needs to access Corpay One, this is not idea for you and you will get locked our or prompted to reset the password often.

Corpay doesn't solve any business problems specific to Ceterus. The client we had that used it only used it to aide in coding the few expenses related to Corpay itself. Ultimately, they decided to no longer use Corpay.

Provides an essential piece of our payments process without additional costs.  Other services come with nominal fees.  Having the ability to make EFT payments helps us meet client expectations.

**What do you dislike about Corpay One?**

The identity verification process was problematic with all 3 of the entities I use CorpayOne with.  But after manual human intervention, all services were set up easily.  The caveat I have is that they will hold payments occasionally, seemingly at random, asking for documentation/invoices despite having processed the same payment many times before (a payroll payment, for example).  This has caused a rushed hassle to get alternative payment via Zelle to avoid being late on payroll.  Important to keep in mind if 100% on-time payments is a priority.

Provides a free method of making EFT payments where our bank charges and charges and charges to perform this simple, essential service.  If you don't need to use their credit functionality, the payments are really free.

Syncing to and from Quickbooks is done quickly. Receipts that are clear enough are easily matched in Quickbooks. It has one of the most efficient customer services that I have dealt with.

Payments can't be cancelled by the users that can submit the payment. You'll need to reach out to customer rep for that. The selection of bills in the Inbox can be confusing at first.

**What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Payment processor is a big issue for small businesses. It reduces the cost of ACH and checks, but also allows for faster payment methods, with fees, via credit card. Cost wise it is very competitive.

What I like best is the support team and how responsive they are. They follow up with every request I've submitted to ensure I got my question/issue answered and resolved.

Once in a while, there are issues with syncing to QuickBooks, and I don't like the emails that Corpay sends when there is an issue syncing because I don't always understand why the sync didn't work, and the emails do not do a good job of explaining the issue or how to fix it.

Corpay One is solving the problems of working "twice". For example, when I am issuing a check to a vendor, Corpay One allows me to also categorize it in QuickBooks at the same time. Same with receipts. I love that you can just scan a picture of the receipt (or bill), and it automatically pulls in so much information. Accurate 99% of the time.

The international vendor's ACH needs to be able to be entered by the vendor. I am a bookkeeper in the US and I don't understand the banking system in other countries. Also, vendor management needs to include re-activating vendors and updating vendors to sync to QBO.

Sometimes I am unsure where something is in the process - like a bill payment to a vendor or person being reimbursed. I believe some adjustments were made recently, or it may be a "user error".

Customer support is speedy in getting back to me with any inquiries.
Megan is awesome, and I feel she's my personal helper because she answers all my questions right away.  Everybody has treated me well when I deal with them.
I like that I can handle ACH payroll for my crew and can use their credit card to fund payroll when my clients are behind paying me.

* System is still a little buggy, and some things need to be ironed out. 
* There's definitely a learning curve to using the system and it does a lot.
