Corevist is a customer self-service portal built specifically for manufacturers running SAP. It enables manufacturers to give dealers, distributors, and B2B customers direct access to real-time SAP data—including pricing, availability, orders, invoices, shipments, payments, credit status, and account history—so they can place orders, track shipments, resolve issues, and manage accounts without manual intervention. For dealers and customers, it delivers a more modern experience: self-service ordering, faster answers, and clear visibility into orders and shipments. Corevist integrates directly with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA (Private and Public Cloud), or via SAP BTP Integration Suite. **What do you like best about Corevist?**

I really like how Corevist delivers real-time, native SAP data in a clean and business-friendly self-service portal without the need for messy middleware, nightly batch syncs, or custom coding that often breaks with SAP updates. This seamless integration is rare for B2B portals built on ERP systems and makes the platform stand out to us. Additionally, the initial setup and implementation of Corevist were much smoother than we expected for an SAP-integrated B2B portal.

**What do you dislike about Corevist?**

The reporting and dashboard options for admins are basic. We can see usage and order trends, but building custom reports, tracking customer journey behavior, or pulling real-time analytics around self-service ROI takes extra effort or requires going back into SAP. There's no built-in self-service ROI metrics, so we have to estimate manually or pull data from other systems.

**What problems is Corevist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Corevist to eliminate order-entry errors with real-time SAP data, reduce repetitive sales tasks, provide 24/7 service access, eliminate data silos, and enhance the customer experience.

I use Corevist for B2B marketing, and I like its deep SAP integration. It provides real-time, bi-directional data exchange with SAP ERP, ensuring accurate pricing and stock availability. This feature helps in reducing operational costs and has enhanced our customer experience. Additionally, the initial setup was too easy.

I find customer support lacking, specifically the absence of a live customer support executive.

**What do you like best about Corevist?**

I like how Corevist seamlessly connects our customer-facing portal directly to our SAP system in real time. It eliminates the need for messy middleware, delayed syncs, or manual updates. It just works, reliably, every single day.

**What do you dislike about Corevist?**

First, the customization of the customer portal is fairly restrictive. The layout, navigation, and branding options are functional but not very flexible—we can’t easily rearrange modules, tweak the user flow for our specific B2B buying process, or build custom pages without relying on support or developer help. Small changes like adjusting column layouts, hiding unused fields, or modifying the checkout flow take more effort than they should. One area I’d really love to see improved is deeper, out-of-the-box integration with modern CRM tools like Teamwork CRM—right now we have to use manual workarounds or basic connectors to sync customer order activity, which means we don’t get real-time alerts when a customer places an order, reorders, or abandons a cart. Native, two-way automation would let our sales team follow up faster and spot account trends without switching systems. The initial setup of Corevist was solid but more involved than our other tools, mostly because it’s deeply tied to our SAP ERP—so it wasn’t quite as plug-and-play as Teamwork CRM or EntComm.

Corevist eliminates manual data entry and delays, providing customers 24/7 self-service access to real-time SAP data, which reduces support tickets and allows us to focus on high-impact work.

**What do you like best about Corevist?**

The integration of Corevist Commerce to our current SAP system makes the data flow in real-time, accurate.  This has enhanced customer credibility in the information we give about our products and convenience when it comes to placing an order.

**What do you dislike about Corevist?**

I believe that the flexibility for creating different types of workflows is not very extensive. One of its significant drawbacks is that it is challenging to address the ordering requirements for unique segments or categories of customers and products.

**What problems is Corevist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Corevist allows for removing the requirement of maintaining a special B2B e-commerce portal in addition to SAP.  The real time data integration enhance customer experience by offering updated information of the products and order status.

**What do you like best about Corevist?**

What I like best about Corevist is its customer support system. I have had nothing but a positive experience with any and all of my questions and ideas from the Corevist team.  They are willing to find the answers and assist with most if not all my website projects and ideas.  I was new to Magento and after working with the Corevist team, I now consider myself an advanced user of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Corevist?**

The only dislike I have with Corevist is not becoming a customer sooner.  We should have started our project with them sooner rather than later.  It was not Corevist who delayed the project but our own company.

**What problems is Corevist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Corevist solved our SAPintergration by mapping out our SAP system to work wonderfuly with Magento.  Our e-commerce store never looked better.

**What do you like best about Corevist?**

Partnering with a platform like Corevist has delivered value by providing a solution fully integrated to SAP system, where we maintain our core customer account information, and it's truly allowing our customers to see what we see regarding their account, their orders and their requests in real time. The Corevist team is highly knowledgeable in SAP, and was quick to understand even our most complex enhancements, which are industry specific to flexible packaging. Corevist worked with us to deliver a user-friendly and valuable interface for our customers that aligns with how they do business via traditional methods (emails, calls).

**What do you dislike about Corevist?**

Being on a multi-tenant platform, there can be some limitations to modifying the standard functionality of the site. The flexibility to move changes as required is structured in a release workflow, requires approvals for customizations via a Change Advisory Board and the process for a modest change can take upwards of waiting for subsequent release(s); if these are approved and deemed viable across Corevist customer base.

**What problems is Corevist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our goal for creating a customer portal was to provide a 24/7 on-demand platform where our customers could access several layers of information about their account and their orders to align with our Mission Statement: Customer Success. We see this as an extension to our customer service team, a digital customer service department, where customers can see live information at various levels of their business, from their buyers, sales& accounting teams, and their production and shipping departments. They can all benefit from the data available from Order to Cash, including forms and reports we used to create, maintain and manually send; these are all available for immediate access. In addition to customer benefits, we wanted to remove redundancies, duplication of work across departments, manual reports and updates and establish standardized processes and information that we provide to our customer base versus customer specific before implementing ECommerce. We are reducing administrative tasks throughout the enterprise and reducing risks in our business, including improving our data integrity and process improvements and allowing our teams to focus on higher-priority tasks for our clients.

**What do you like best about Corevist?**

I would appreciate a team effort to build this product and the support team also works really well. They help us to integrate the platform on the first day without any hustle. Payments feature also works so well that enable our customer to track payment and transaction schedule.

**What do you dislike about Corevist?**

We used to sell this to our customers as well and didn't hear anyone from bad things about the product. That's really fine and relaxing for my team to see our customers happy.

Payment and other business activity on our B2B platform have always been a tough task for us when we work manually but when we took help from Corevist. The team help us really well to set up the complete platform for our business.

Easy integration with SAP ERP portal, which makes stuff so much easier and efficient. 
 User Friendly Interface is really a plus.

**What do you dislike about Corevist?**

Customer support doesn't respond on time, wish they responded a little bit quicker.
Some modifications don't reflect on the ERP portal in time.

**What problems is Corevist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The interface is very user friendly. Has reduced a lot of need for paperbased work. It has defintely made a lot of stuff easy for B2B businesses to set up their website and made the whole purchasing to delivery process easy for their customers.
