**What do you like best about CoreCard?**

Hand's on reliability and ease of use in the interface, and intergration of the platform. 
as a frequent user I do appreciate the UI/UX aspect of the platform as well to be readily useful

**What do you dislike about CoreCard?**

It does have an outdated interface and the limited features/access

it also has an issue of constantly logging users out every few minutes instead of remaining logged in.

**What problems is CoreCard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

able to intergrate and unify all payments, and collections.

**What do you like best about CoreCard?**

It is user friendly and safe. the experience was very delightful as we were able to imement it with our other processes.

Interface is good but it could have beet better.

It is helping in creating the records very easily and maintain the same.

Sufficient for all our company needs so far, has been able to integrate as needed with a wide variety of other systems

**What do you dislike about CoreCard?**

Outdated interface, needs some major improvements but overall functions well

**What problems is CoreCard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

System of record for customers, a necessary tool that we did not want to build out in house
