## About CopyStorm
CopyStorm is CapStorm technological software that CopyStorm replicates a Salesforce instance, copying the structure and data to a relational database — SQL/Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or H2. Once the initial data load is complete, CopyStorm can be run as often as every 5 to 15 minutes to incrementally backup changes.

**What do you like best about CopyStorm?**

Easy to setup and use. Great customer support. Simple UI but with great many freatures. Its one of those tools where I confidently say...setup once and forget it exists. It just does the job it supposed to do and does it great consistently.

**What do you dislike about CopyStorm?**

Limited on premise database options. We use MS SQL Server precisely for this reason. They do support Redshift but it did not work the way it supposed to compared to SQL Server and has limitations when it comes to managing data changes from Salesforce CRM.

**What problems is CopyStorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use CopyStorm primarily to extract data from our CRM (Veeva built on Salesforce) for analyltics (with Tableau) and MDM. Other ad-hoc analysis in and around Veeva CRM data by our Data Stewards and Analytics teams.

**What do you like best about CopyStorm?**

The product is easy to setup and get running. In a matter of a few minutes I had the product setup and exporting a copy of Salesforce data.

**What do you dislike about CopyStorm?**

There is no way to schedule the exports native in the application, but they do provide instructions to export via windows scheduler

**What problems is CopyStorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An export of our data was required in a format which was easy to consume by Tableau. We use copystorm to export this data to a MSSQL database. Having the data in this format makes it easy to prep data for Tableau. This is far superior than the native Salesforce integration tool with Tableau.
