"Easy to use contract and governance suite"

What do you like best about ContractZen?

Easy to use, rapid installation, data model and support for contract management, board meetings and e-signing all in one. The roll out was straight forward: the user interface was easy to understand and did not require long sessions on usage. The biggest benefits for us are the alerts on contracts requiring review or activity and the speed of e-signing once agreement has been reached. In addition it has really enhanced the quality of preparing for our board meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ContractZen?

The iOS client is unfortunately not as good as the mobile web version is. We tend to use ContractZen from mobile browser instead. The mobile browser support really saves the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ContractZen:

1) Do use the eSigning from day 1, as you get more out of both the contract management and the board portal by doing so.

2) Try the advanced features of the meeting agenda the first times you decide to use the meeting/board meeting management. This is a good time to teach the team how to get the most our of the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ContractZen solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use ContractZen for all of our contracts, all our our eSigning and all of our board meetings and annual meetings. The alerts and the reasonable data model have helped us in keeping track of our contractual opportunities and commitments. The eSigning support was a game changer, as digitally signed contracts are really easy to deal with in the system.
