I can also go back to individual decisions with the help of the word-based sourcing system. E-signing works smoothly with our customers that are located in over 50 countries. **What do you dislike about ContractZen?** Searching is something a bit challenging. **What problems is ContractZen solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping everything in order, allowing us to sign agreements smoothly with customers in over 50 countries, helped us tremendously when we did our Due Diligence process. ### 5. The roll out was straight forward: the user interface was easy to understand and did not require long sessions on usage. The biggest benefits for us are the alerts on contracts requiring review or activity and the speed of e-signing once agreement has been reached. In addition it has really enhanced the quality of preparing for our board meetings. **What do you dislike about ContractZen?** The iOS client is unfortunately not as good as the mobile web version is. We tend to use ContractZen from mobile browser instead. The mobile browser support really saves the day. **Recommendations to others considering ContractZen:** 1) Do use the eSigning from day 1, as you get more out of both the contract management and the board portal by doing so. 2) Try the advanced features of the meeting agenda the first times you decide to use the meeting/board meeting management. This is a good time to teach the team how to get the most our of the system. **What problems is ContractZen solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use ContractZen for all of our contracts, all our our eSigning and all of our board meetings and annual meetings. The alerts and the reasonable data model have helped us in keeping track of our contractual opportunities and commitments. The eSigning support was a game changer, as digitally signed contracts are really easy to deal with in the system. Our board has moved from long email threads to accountability and ContractZen, which makes the board more efficient. ### 11. It's easy to use and provides all the necessary things for facilitating board meetings, follow-up tasks and to archieve. **What do you dislike about ContractZen?** Usually the power user needs to be someone from top management since the data "eyes only" and that sometimes creates usability issues and lack of knowledge when people are using the contract archive part and asks questions related to data and access management. **What problems is ContractZen solving and how is that benefiting you?** Board meeting facilitations among with contract management were the triggers why we ended up to ContractZen. It involved a lot of work upfront entering all the information but once it was set up, it's great! **What problems is ContractZen solving and how is that benefiting you?** We went from using an Excel sheet to manually track expiration dates on contracts. If something was incorrectly entered or was deleted, it required going and finding the digital copy of the contract.
