**What do you like best about Contextflo?**

ContextFlo has become the connective tissue between our raw warehouse and the questions we actually need answered. We run a genuinely messy data footprint — customs records, Shopify order history, and third-party fulfillment data all landing across Postgres and Snowflake — and

ContextFlo is the one place where all of it is queryable in plain language without me hand-writing dialect-specific SQL every time. For a business whose entire mission is recovering overpaid duties for merchants, being able to ask "which of our companies actually have the customs data we need to file" and get a live, shareable dashboard back is not a nice-to-have. It's directly upstream of revenue.

What sets it apart is that it's not a dumb text-to-SQL wrapper. It knows the difference between Postgres and Snowflake down to the details that usually bite you — case folding, LISTAGG versus STRING_AGG, timezone handling — and it verifies real table and column names before it writes a query instead of confidently hallucinating a schema. It surfaces our previously-saved, already-verified queries and business metrics, so institutional knowledge compounds instead of getting re-derived every week. The result is that I trust the output, which is the whole ballgame with an AI data tool.

The interface hits a rare balance: fast and conversational for exploration, but capable of producing polished, persistent artifacts — live auto-refreshing dashboards, exportable Excel, standalone HTML — when something needs to be shared or kept. It's flexible enough for a solo operator moving fast and structured enough that the work doesn't rot. I'd recommend it without hesitation to any data-heavy team sitting on more than one warehouse.

The pricing is so good for the value it brings my team. Incredible ROI, we'd be spending SO much more time on stuff if we didn't have ContextFlo

Support is top notch white glove. Our AM replies quickly and is always happy to hop on a call any time of day. He's also in our slack so he's very easy to get a hold of. He gave me his phone number and personal email as well. Great exp.

**What do you dislike about Contextflo?**

Nothing at all. I just wish I had connected it sooner.

**What problems is Contextflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ContextFlo solves the core problem of our data being scattered across systems that don't talk to each other easily. Our operational metadata lives in Postgres, our analytics-scale data lives in Snowflake, and the source data itself comes from three different worlds — Shopify orders, Trackstar fulfillment, and customs records. Before ContextFlo, answering even a straightforward question meant hand-writing dialect-specific SQL against each engine and stitching the results together manually. Now it's one natural-language query surface over all of it.
