**What do you like best about ContentGems?**

Very easy and intuitive to use. Setting up your account and creating folders for similar content types was quick and results appear instantly. 

**What do you dislike about ContentGems?**

I haven't found a way of narrowing it down to specific countries, as I would like to focus on the uk. This might be one of the additional features you have to pay for.

**Recommendations to others considering ContentGems:**

The free basic account gives you a good idea as to how easy and relevant the content is for you before spending too much time customising an account to find it isn't finding the right content for you.

**What problems is ContentGems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rather than searching the key industry publications for topics, this searches the web to find everything with your keyword by match type. This has given us new publications to read and potentially advertise in. We have also identified some where our competitors are featuring.
