What do you like best about Juicer?

Relatively simple to use. Allows users to customise styles to match their website. Easy to implement through scripts or iframes depending on website environment. Excellent customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juicer?

Not currently able to set the number of posts / columns for both desktop and mobile, or change feed style, for singular feed. Must create a second feed in some instances. May be a good idea to look into settings / styles that differ between desktop vs mobile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Juicer solving and how is that benefiting you?

I received excellent service from both Arbie and Mario in helping me resolve an issue where I couldn’t set the iframe height, so the feed would auto-resize correctly when a user clicks “Load More.” They both communicated clearly throughout and liaised with their internal engineering teams to get to a solution, which allowed me to achieve the experience I was aiming for. While there were a couple of items to test and troubleshoot along the way, the overall exchange stayed smooth, responsive, and collaborative. The resulting changes should also help others who run into the same situation after me. Thank you very much, Arbie and Mario, as well as the engineering team. Regarding desktop vs. mobile settings: Great news - separate desktop and mobile column settings are on our roadmap! Meanwhile, our responsive grid system automatically adapts columns based on screen width, and you can use our Custom CSS feature to set specific breakpoints for desktop and mobile layouts within a single feed configuration. Our 12 pre-built templates (including Grid, Slider, and List layouts) also offer different column configurations to start from.

What do you like best about Juicer?

I really like the UI/UX of Juicer; it's easy to use, navigate, and set up walls and feeds, plus it has a non-technical UI. For a new user, the platform onboarding is simple, guided, and clean. The pricing is also a big plus for me as it's value for money. You get a higher number of channels and channel mix compared to other tools in the market at a low price. What do you dislike about Juicer?

The platform is new compared to other tools, therefore it needs to be more matured in terms of functionality. I'd like auto play of social videos for an embedded social feed. What do you like best about Juicer?

What do you like best about Juicer?

I like Juicer for its ease of setup and ease of use, which makes it simple to pass along to someone with limited knowledge in web design. I was very impressed by their customer service; their support team was available to assist us along the way, and everything worked out well. Juicer offers a very nice way to display social media content for certain sites in a nice-looking format. What do you like best about Juicer?

I found Juicer very easy to set up, and it has been a reliable partner for almost 9 years. The interface is simple and easy to manage. I also appreciate how the feed widgets blend seamlessly with our web pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juicer?

We originally had to create different accounts to manage different feeds, which was cumbersome. But I understand that new accounts are supporting multiple feeds. The collaboration features are not developed enough yet. I'd like to see multiple users per account, with specific permissions, so the moderation tools could be delegated to one team member, and the setup to another team member. What do you like best about Juicer?

Only signed up recently but have found this to be an awesome app and highly recommend it.

The tech support received has exceeded all of my expectations with even the founder replying to some e mails - very hands on !

I am a web developer and was looking for an app to show my clients Instagram feeds - we found Juicer and trialled it - and then decided to go for the paid version - exceptionally good value.

What do you like best about Juicer?

I really like that Juicer is very interactive and easy to use. The intuitive design makes it simple to do quick edits and to showcase our social media feeds with a more branded look. Their support team is really good, particularly Mario and Paul, and they are incredibly helpful whenever I have questions or issues with the code or design. They're easy to reach and very fast in responding, which means there's no lag time or stress about fixing issues. This has been really beneficial for showcasing social media on our websites. We originally created custom social feeds on client websites using the various APIs provided by social channels. Not only was this time consuming, it became unreliable with requirements, API versions, etc. constantly changing. This tool allows us a low cost, essentially non-technical solution to implement a feed on client websites without the need for custom implementation.
