What do you like best about Connext?

I appreciate Connext for being dependable and completing high-volume tasks with minimal errors. Their communication is top-notch and consistent across all levels, and their team is available during our standard business hours. I also like the accountability of the leadership, who are proactive about resolving issues. It's valuable that we get to meet the employees before contracting to ensure they are a good fit. Additionally, I appreciate their loyalty; we've had the same four contractors for over two years. The Connext team quickly adapted to our Invitae systems, such as Salesforce and our order processing system, and adopted best practices to become more efficient. Their support helps my home base teams focus on tasks requiring human analysis and problem-solving, reducing service-related complaints by 10%. What do you dislike about Connext?

What problems is Connext solving and how is that benefiting you?

I really appreciate Connext's flexibility, partnership approach, and their ability to integrate into our existing operations. They've been effective in addressing areas like partnership, flexibility, and responsiveness, which has strengthened our day-to-day operations and alignment. Their willingness to collaborate, adapt to our processes, and incorporate feedback is impressive. Connext's expertise in contact center operations, particularly in omnichannel support, allows them to handle a wide range of customer interactions effectively. Their teams work seamlessly across phone, email, and chat to provide a comprehensive support experience. The level of engagement and openness to coaching and training initiatives have supported ongoing improvement in performance and integration with our workflows. What do you dislike about Connext?

If we were to identify areas for improvement, the biggest opportunity would be around consistency and deeper alignment with our standards. While performance is generally strong, ensuring more consistent execution across all agents, particularly in quality, process adherence, and attention to detail, would have a meaningful impact on overall results. This includes things like accurate case handling, thorough follow-through, and maintaining a customer-first approach in every interaction. Another area of opportunity is product knowledge and brand immersion. Because our brand is very experience-driven, with a strong focus on storytelling, product uniqueness, and the Endless Vacation lifestyle, continued investment in product training would help Connext agents deliver a more engaging and on-brand customer experience.
