The technical depth and customer service excellence of the Secon Cyber organisation is fantastic. As a customer, it is comforting to know that behind the solution/service there is always going to be a dependable team who will respond to your needs (be it reactive or proactive). There is a sensible menu level of services and these come at very competitive price points (before discounting for larger usage volumes). After a thorough market analysis, Connect Protect came out on top across technical solution, pricing and service and comes highly recommended. It has now been rolled out across multiple business units (across the region). **What do you dislike about ConnectProtect Managed Detection and Response?** As an earlier adopter, Secon Cyber has taken onboard all our suggestions on product improvements. Hopefully, this can continue or that there is a customer forum established. **What problems is ConnectProtect Managed Detection and Response solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has enabled us to standardise the cyber MDR service across our BU units.
