There are no downsides as such from my side, but I really think they should allow to upload multiple photos or videos at the same time white creating a incident report, it is so much trouble to add the images later on, and one more thing if recording the past scenario in the report it should give dedicated option to include the past event related to that situation. As I use the application and website every day, I continue to discover new features, making it a continuous learning experience. The amenity booking system, along with the flexibility to revise bookings or process authorized refunds for late cancellations, simplifies things for residents and is also connected to our accounting department, which makes tracking any activity straightforward. Mistakes with records can happen, but being able to recover them from the unit's archive is a real relief. Generating packages to notify residents when their store purchases are ready for pickup has also saved time for both management and the Concierge. I love that Condo Control centralizes everything within one interface, allowing me to access every aspect of facilities under the same software. I really like tracking deficiencies and requests from residents, and the home screen is great for showing how many open service requests there are, how many are pending, and who has them assigned. This helps me follow up and ensure the quality of service around the facilities is up to standard. The initial setup is pretty simple as long as you know what needs to be configured, and the configuration screens are self-explanatory. I think the search option under the units is very poorly designed. As it is an open search, I cannot search for a specific stall number. If I type a number like 299, it gets searched against everything—telephone numbers, license plates, unit numbers, etc., which is not helpful when I'm trying to find specific information. Condo Control is very user-friendly and makes it incredibly easy to look up residents. The features offered are impressive, and I found the integration from previous provider to Condo Control to be straightforward, even with our tight deadline for introducing the platform to residents. Updating amenity bookings can be a bit complicated. The process requires approving the booking first, then making any necessary revisions. However, sometimes people change their minds about certain details of the booking (dates and/or time of the booking) before confirming, so I end up having to approve, adjust, and then either remove the confirmation or just delete the booking and start over.

For announcements, I would really appreciate a button that allows you to exclude non-resident owners after you've selected specific units.
