**What do you like best about Compstash?**

For years our brokerage company struggled with comp organization, storage, retrieval. This system makes it simple with bulk uploads, an interactive map so you can fly over an area, see the comps, click on them and have a full summary with photos of the property. What used to take time, pulling and aggregating comps for clients is now complete with a few clicks. It is a game changer for our commercial brokerage firm!

It is such a game changer for us, I have not encountered any down side.
