**What do you like best about SalesCompete?**

Since transitioning to a remote work environment, I've searched for ways to keep my team engaged, motivated, and always having fun. When I discovered SalesCompete, I knew that this tool was exactly what I was looking for. From automated daily Power Hours, Producing Leaderboards to stack rank the team as easy as a simple slash command, from collecting calls for Call Reviews/coaching, it's a gamechanger. Salescompete has given me more time back in my day, quicker insight into my team's production, and a fun and easy way to roll spiffs and monthly goals that were striving to hit. I also love the constant innovation of being able to suggest an idea and actually see it come to life in weeks' time!"

**What do you dislike about SalesCompete?**

As I am constantly testing/making changes to our internal system at times the data would not reflect that accurate activity or production numbers so that would discourage me from using certain functions within the tool.

**What problems is SalesCompete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kind of a reiteration of the first point of what i like best. I was able to solve lack of engagement when reps are remote and was able to motive the team in similar ways you would in the office.

**What do you like best about SalesCompete?**

As a sales leader, SalesCompete helps me keep my team motivated. It gives me key insights on a daily basis that are essential to managing a remote team. Has been a huge help!

**What do you dislike about SalesCompete?**

Right now, nothing negative to call out. It's a new tool that I use so it took a little getting used to adding into my workflow, but it has been smooth sailing since.

**What problems is SalesCompete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More than ever, I need insight into what my team is doing, how my team is doing, at a quick glance. My team is large and the volume of activity and metrics is even larger, so SalesCompete has been essential in aiding my day to day management & motivation of the team

**What do you like best about SalesCompete?**

We first started using this Slack bot when covid hit and our sales team went fully remote. Since then it's really helped with a few key areas:

- motivation of our reps (by way of challenges and goal setting directly inside Slack)
- visibility into metrics across the team (you can create custom leaderboards to show where everyone stands, and send those directly to slack channel(s) of your choice)
- sales coaching. this is probably the biggest area -- huge improvement in speed here. no longer do we need to jump into Salesloft to pull recordings, they're sent directly to Slack and we can coach the reps and share the feedback all inside Slack.

**What do you dislike about SalesCompete?**

Setup was easy enough, i'm not sure what pricing looks like since it's still free, but the tool has been remarkably invaluable to us so far.

**Recommendations to others considering SalesCompete:**

The tool is a no-brainer for those using Salesloft or Outreach. 1-click to install, and by far the best leaderboards and tools to gamify the sales experience for your team/motivate your reps.

**What do you like best about SalesCompete?**

SalesCompete lets me track my team's performance in Slack. It integrates with our existing tech stack, and I'm able to pull the data into a Slack channel in real time. I love the reports and leaderboards. They save me a lot of time during the day and keep my team accountable.

**What do you dislike about SalesCompete?**

Nothing I dislike, but I am excited about the launch of a Salesforce integration so I can pull even more data into Slack daily to motivate my team and track their performance.

**What problems is SalesCompete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SalesCompete solves these problems for my team: performance management, remote team building, and gamification. We've seen increased activity output from the team thanks to the gamification features and transparent reporting / leaderboards.

**What do you like best about SalesCompete?**

CompeteBot is easy to set-up and plugs in perfectly to Outreach SalesLoft, Slack and thus Orum where we get all of our conversations from

**What do you dislike about SalesCompete?**

Like all new tools, onboarding the first time and creating the rules for the bounties, score and games takes time, but once your're implemented it runs automatically. Also, the CompeteBot team hopped on  a Zoom to make sure we implemented correctly, but I imagine it will become even more self-service over time!

**What problems is SalesCompete solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote sales engagement. Helping to bring the buzz to the sales floor for a 100% distributed workforce. CompeteBot is great in that my team is on Slack and CompeteBot will ping the team when meetings are booked and share recordings when available. It's exciting to see when other sales reps are booking meetings and crushing goals, so this is solving a big problem

Simple and powerful reports in slack that give you a real-time snap shot of what's happening with your team.

It was a little complicated getting it play with "our way of doing things" and talking to existing systems perfectly. The support helped us though.

Weighting activity to understand where the most impact is coming from and how top contributors are creating desired outcomes.

It allows me to motivate and encourage my extended team all in Slack; the integration is simple the gamification is excellent.

**What do you dislike about SalesCompete?**

Price is an issue for me because I have a small budget and team.

It helps me to motivate the team, keep up with stats and help to create a good atmosphere for healthy competition.  The team likes the easy to read messages in slack.

Given our team lives out of Slack having metrics and motivation tied to slack from our use of Outreach has been a huge win. I was looking for a solution, came across CompeteBot and feel the team is creating a great product designed with the needs of the sales leader and sales manager in mind.

Want to take advantage of more of the capabilities, we have it in our plans to do so.
