**What do you like best about Compasys?**

We implemented Vantage (Epicor) and used Comapsys for the training and implementation. The training was extensive as well as the database testing prior to "Go Live." Compasys worked well with our team to develop our timelines, milestones, general implementation plan. We installed on time and with a minimal amount of disruption (despite the typical user complaints of change).

**What do you dislike about Compasys?**

Occasionally it felt like we were getting nickle and dimed - it seemed like any time we had a question, we had to pay for the time to research and/or answer it. 
Did not have any one onstaff that could do much customization work (at the time)

**Recommendations to others considering Compasys:**

Played a great supporting role, but I would advise anyone using or considering them to make sure that they have adequate in-house resources to do the actual grunt work and implementation. Compasys is more like a guide than an actual implementor.
