**What do you like best about EpiCenter ERP?**

I like this software a lot as it is very easy and simple to use. We can track our headcount. We can align our headcount in a easy way as per requirement. We can align team assignment, LOA, production headcount, product manager and support headcount etc.

**What do you dislike about EpiCenter ERP?**

Nothing for me. The software is very good in terms of keeping track of the headcount. I didn't see any issue with the software. Only one thing that we should be able to extract the data in excel as well as CSV format.

**Recommendations to others considering EpiCenter ERP:**

I will highly recommend others to use this software for headcount tracking purpose for your business or process. I am very happy using this tool and it helps me a lot

**What problems is EpiCenter ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have specific problem with this software and I can just advise that there should be option to extract the data in excel format. We are unable to insert pivot table in CSV format.

**Describe the project or task EpiCenter ERP helped with:**

Help transition from bulk purchasing from one client to another has allowed a smooth and somewhat seamless transition. Change is never easy, but with customer support, availability is always ever-present, and the ability to communicate throughout the process has made life so much easier.

**What do you like best about EpiCenter ERP?**

Honestly, hands down, the customer support to help teach and coach us through the software has made life a lot simpler. You often see customer support as very hard to handle and hard to get a hold of; EpiCenter and ConnectWise were perfect.

**What do you dislike about EpiCenter ERP?**

Some of the issues were the transition, but it wasn't the program's fault but instead that some programs do not allow software transitions to be simple.

**What problems is EpiCenter ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not so much solving process but working on helping the cost of supplies within medical facilities in mass-scale be accomplished without issue. Which we had earlier with the previous program we had used.
