Then we stumbled onto Comon Ground by WILL and we are very happy so far with results. It is easy to implement and we recieved positive commentary after we started using this training. **What do you dislike about Common Ground Business 2?** It does not fullfill the sexual harrassment training compliance for California, so we had to find an alternative program for our Cali locations. **What problems is Common Ground Business 2 solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem obviously is how commonplace sexual harrassment can be in the workplace, and combatting antiquated workplace assumptions and conduct. This program was excellent for helping us with spreading awareness to our employees. ### 2.
