For some time, I searched for a platform that could integrate our offline sales into our ad platforms, and to be honest I did not think there was a platform out there that would accommodate what we were looking to do. Not only does Cometly aid us in getting our offline data into Google and Facebook’s ad platforms through the conversion API, but it also provides a full look at how ads are performing across the board on all platforms.

The set up of Cometly was too easy. We were handed a blueprint of what needed to be done, and Matt went above and beyond just handing over instructions. He walked us through the set-up step by step, and we were recording and sending data within days of sign-up. In our environment, we use a CRM that is proprietary. Because of this, it is not always easy to blend in with 3rd party platforms. However, with Cometly we did not have a single issue. Their API for sending offline data works seamlessly and the developer instructions were clear and concise. Hands down the support we have received from Cometly has been superior to any other 3rd party platform we use.

Finding Cometly and integrating it into our marketing has given us more time to create ads and less time on exporting and blending data manually. The platform itself is easy to navigate and simple to use. Not having to leave the platform to increase or decrease spending on ads is a huge timesaver. In one view, I can easily determine if leads collected are not producing revenue. It is a game changer for how we are determining our ad performance.

We are looking forward to the upcoming features that will allow us to incorporate our organic traffic into the platform, and other event types that we can follow alongside our ads. First and foremost, we came to Cometly at a time we were facing nightmares with Facebook ads. None of which had anything to do with Cometly, but they want far and I mean FAR beyond any levels of support any SaaS company would go to try and help us. Not just once, but many times as we battled Facebook.

We pride ourselves on customer support, but Cometly took what we all think of customer support to a whole new level we have never experineced in our careers. It's made us reevaluate our processes and attempt to live up to a new level that Comely alone holds the title for. You don’t even get this level of support as a AmEx Centurion Black Card holder.

Like many of you, we investigated and have tried many, many solutions over the years. Now that we finally have everything working 100% (we finally figured out a solution to our epic Facebook ads disaster that cost us many, many months), Cometly is already changing the game for us.

We no longer need to play guessing games or sift through 3,820 reports that mean nothing to our business. The data we need is right there (easily customizable in 10 seconds to our needs), we can quickly see what campaigns or ads need to be turn off or scaled up (we are no longer blind), and everything is running so smooth.

In fact, just today we enjoyed a 18.71 ROAS in one platform - obviously we increased ad spend thanks to the simple reporting in our dashboard.

As marketers, we face enough battles with AI making our lives both easier and crazier at the same time. Less moving parts and simple paths to the KPIs are worth their weight in gold, especially today. We’re constantly having to learn new tools, software, integrations, stay up to date on 328 newsletters in our inbox, and somehow find time to pull all our numbers. Thanks to Cometly, not only has a lot of time freed up (reporting, ad management, etc.), but a new world has opened up as far as what we can do - thanks to finally having REAL data.

Besides the teams' accessibility and down-to-earth personalities, it's got to be the technology. As a digital marketer trying to provide the most accurate transparent attribution and customer journeys in a post-iOS14 world has been almost impossible. We have beta tested several but when I found Cometly mentioned on a Reddit forum on ecomm I thought what do we have to lose? I love Cometly! The FB ads manager shows inconsistent results which makes it difficult to analyze the metrics and further optimize my campaigns.
