**Describe the project or task Coherence Design helped with:**

General Market research about potential clients and package implementation for existing sales infrastructure.

**What do you like best about Coherence Design?**

Coherence design offers a a very niche product and as such there is plenty of direct customer support time with the company. They are attentive and the follow up on support issues. 

**What do you dislike about Coherence Design?**

Unfortunately, we're an american company so often times conference calls or meetings and even emails would come different to time zones so that there would be a lag on recommendations for plans and the actual implementation to make sure that we could get caught up and on the same page.

**Recommendations to others considering Coherence Design:**

It is a fantastic up & coming company that I would recommend going with. Keep in mind they are in the european time zone and they are only about 10 dedicated on the staff, so a large project may take a bit longer simply through communication.

DSGN helped with an aesthiic project that would be used in a collaborative work space for a company for 50+ employees. This was to promote a productive work environment.

**What do you like best about Coherence Design?**

The communication between my company's need and the vision that DSGN had for the workplace environment.

**What do you dislike about Coherence Design?**

There was nothing to dislike in terms of experience and customer service, however the budget that was set pushed the initial expectations that previously anticipated.

**Recommendations to others considering Coherence Design:**

While youre customer service and attention to detail, however find a way to reduce overhead to provide a better cost.
