"Easy Admin Portal, Flexible Signatures, and Responsive Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

The admin portal is straightforward and easy to use. Designing signatures can feel a bit clunky at times, but there’s still a lot to work with and plenty of flexibility overall. The Outlook add-ins for managed devices work really well, and cloud sending is a great alternative option when you need it. Active directory integration is great, being able to pull data is incredibly useful. Pricing is competitive and noticeably lower than the competition. Support team responds quickly, checks in regularly, and routinely resolves the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

End users can easily get confused because there are so many options to choose from. On top of that, the Outlook mobile add-in can’t be customised directly on the device, so any updates or adjustments have to be made through the admin portal instead. Signature designing can be clunky, and updating multiple can be time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Professional and Automatic Signatures"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

The real strength of CodeTwo, in my opinion, is the drag-and-drop editor: it allows you to create and update company signatures in minutes without having to touch the HTML code. The integration with Microsoft 365 is also immediate and automatic; once the rules are set, each email carries the correct signature on any device, including smartphones. For us, this meant centralizing brand management and saving several hours of work each month, eliminating the need to manually configure individual users' clients. What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

The cost of the license can be a bit high, especially for small businesses or teams that do not fully utilize the advanced marketing features. Additionally, although the graphic editor is powerful, the overall management interface presents a slightly steep initial learning curve for less technical users. Therefore, it would be helpful to have more pre-configured and modern templates available to speed up the initial setup and make the start more immediate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Setup with Consistently Reliable Service"
5/5
What do you like best about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

The installation and setup were extremely easy. Only the specified prerequisites are needed, so CodeTwo is operational in no time. Integration into any available Outlook variant is also very simple.

The pre-prepared guides in CodeTwo's knowledge base are very understandable and clearly documented. This significantly simplifies both the setup and later use. No AI is needed for this.

The pricing is also very transparent, scalable, and easy to plan. The admin and signature interface is very intuitive and simple, making the use of the tool overall very pleasant. The availability of the service has been consistently provided so far, and I have had no problems with the service. This is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Customer Success Team and a Fantastic Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

Without any shadow of a doubt, it is their Customer Success team - as we all take on new technology and integrations, the performance of them and their success comes from working together. Every question is always answered and dealing with real people makes all the difference. The platform itself is fantastic, but for the experience to work you need strong support and service during onboarding and ongoing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

At this point I am very happy with CodeTwo - the only improvement I would like to see (and from what I understand it is coming) is to be able to know who left the feedback in CodeTwo Insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Configuration Options and Fast, Clear Support"
5/5
What do you like best about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

We really like the range of configuration options that are available to you without the need for in-depth product knowledge.

For example, we had a problem some time ago which meant we had to delete some links from all of our signatures. Even so, implementing all of the changes only took a few minutes for around 10 custom signatures for different users and groups.

We also appreciate that support always provides clear and detailed instructions whenever they request something.

We are the MSP provider and our customers are satisfied with the product. Problems do happen sometimes, but they are really rare and support helps resolve them quickly and efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

It can be a little annoying that the changes you make can take up to 72 hours to take effect. It's still fine, but it would be even better if this time could be reduced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Adam Aardvark of CodeTwo Email Signatures 365

Thanks a lot for your review, Kyrylo. Glad you like our software!

Any changes to your email signature rules take effect instantly. Only if you choose to use our Outlook Web Add-in will you need to wait for its initial deployment, which usually completes within 6 hours. In rare cases, this can take up to 72 hours, as deployment depends on Microsoft’s propagation mechanisms and the size of your organization.

If you ever experience unusually long deployment times, please let our Customer Success Team know – they’re always happy to jump in and help.

Cheers!

N/A Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

CodeTwo does exactly what good software should do in everyday life: It takes a lot of work off your hands and runs reliably.

Especially when it comes to signature management, the tool saves our customers a lot of effort. Instead of dealing with tedious manual adjustments or confusing scripts, the entire management runs centrally, cleanly, and completely relaxed.

Additionally, there is a pricing model that is transparent and absolutely fair from the start. The tool is worth every single cent.

Anyone using Microsoft 365 and wanting professional email signatures without constant administrative effort cannot really get past CodeTwo. For me, it is an absolute standard tool in this combination. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Straightforward Email Signature Management with Great Value and Microsoft 365 Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

We use it to manage our partner companies’ email signatures across multiple devices and locations. It’s straightforward to deploy and configure, and it includes a very capable editor. We also really like the price-to-value ratio, and it saves us a lot of work time. Integrates very well with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, which all of our partners use. Support is quick and excellent, although very rarely needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

With the current version, we haven’t run into any significant issues so far. That said, the new Outlook add-in could be a bit more intuitive and easier to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CodeTwo: Intuitive Microsoft 365 integration, reliable signature management, and top support"
5/5
What do you like best about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

The centralized management of signatures works reliably and saves a lot of time in daily operations. Changes can be implemented quickly and are automatically adopted for all users. Furthermore, the support responds very quickly and offers competent solutions. As with any enterprise software, the initial setup requires some familiarization, but thanks to the good documentation and helpful support, the implementation process was straightforward. After the introduction, the solution works very reliably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive onboarding, easy signatures, and fast, helpful support"
5/5
What do you like best about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

First of all, the entire onboarding process – from creating an account to creating and activating signatures – is very well described and very intuitive. For almost all problems, you can already find linked tutorials on YouTube. Creating signatures is very easy even for beginners, whether you use templates or create them completely yourself. Setting up the sending rules is also wonderfully uncomplicated and explained step by step.

You can also reach support very quickly, and you get very helpful answers. Since we are still in the testing phase, I can't really assess the price-performance ratio at the moment, but the offers initially seem fair to me. The signatures are attached flawlessly; however, there are occasionally still problems with the display of images. However, I am sure that support will sort this out.

Overall, the abundance of options – both in creating rules and in the signatures – seems very user-friendly and service-oriented. The integration of Codetwo as an add-in for Outlook also makes a good, practical impression. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

Images are currently not being sent yet, but support is already working on it. Apart from that, I haven't been able to discover anything else during the testing phase so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
