Particularly positive is the connection with Microsoft Active Directory, which allows user data to be automatically adopted. Changes can be entered centrally and are then applied to all workstations – this saves time and avoids errors. The ability to create multiple templates for different purposes is also extremely practical and greatly facilitates everyday work. We use the tool daily, both on mobile devices and in Outlook – both work smoothly and are easy to operate. We have had little contact with customer support so far, only regarding payment questions, as our company does not have a VAT ID due to tax-free income (insurance industry). As a result, the maintenance of personal data and the creation of signatures occur in two places. For example, if a central phone number (e.g., fax) changes, it's not a problem: once adjusted in the signatures, it's correct for everyone. However, if an extension changes, it must be updated in the Microsoft AD. The customer support was very detailed and helpful. The future potential it can offer for promoting our business, products and services. The time-saving it provides without all end users having to manually update their signatures. **What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?** The implementation was quite time consuming and complex but part of this was due to it being a new solution for us to understand. The add-in can take 72 hours to be deployed, but this is only when the user is active. We deployed the add-in on a Thursday evening but some users still didn't have it by Monday or Tuesday. We found the common theme was that they were off on those days and it was only 3 active days before it appeared. **What problems is CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** As our business has grown significantly over the past few years it has become more of a challenge to update our branding on email signatures. With a heavy reliance on individual users updating their email signatures it led to banners in different positions, additional information added that wasn't professional or users not bothering to update the artwork. There was also a training element as our users are of varying IT abilities. It was a time-heavy process involving Marketing, IT and end users and we all dreaded having to update the signatures! It took us a while to launch CodeTwo across all of our sites and although there was a lot of time spent at the beginning - figuring out what type of signatures we needed, how many variations, new artwork, grouping users - since launching it has been a great success. Just seeing the continuity across all of our signatures, how clean and professional they look has made it worthwhile. We have already seen the benefits of this solution as we have just updated the main banner to a Christmas version. Last year an email was sent to each of a our sites with the banner we wanted them to manually swap over to, then an email in the new year asking them to swap it back to the main version. This year, Marketing sent me the images and it took me 10 minutes to upload them and 5 minutes later I could see that they had already updated in Outlook. Going forward we can now promote our business and products through our email signatures so it will continue to provide benefits and time-savings. For us, those benefits are more significant, and we are not willing to give them up. This not only saves a tremendous amount of time in management but also ensures a consistent and professional appearance externally. Changes to the signature can be centrally controlled and are immediately effective for all users, without anyone having to set up anything locally. For us, it's the ideal solution to ensure consistency, brand presence, and professionalism within the company. The integration into Microsoft 365 is also easy to implement. **What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?** The support is of very good quality, however, it sometimes takes a while to receive a response. For us, this was never a serious problem. **What problems is CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** With CodeTwo Email Signatures 365, signatures are centrally managed and automatically applied to every email, regardless of the device or mail app. This ensures that all employees always present a consistent, professional signature. The platform offers a multitude of features within a highly intuitive interface, including options like removing legacy signatures and automatically applying new ones directly within the end users' Outlook profiles. The onboarding process was also very user-friendly, thanks to a helpful wizard that eliminated the need for us to set up complex Exchange rules—the system handled everything seamlessly. We found the support team to be outstanding, especially when addressing some unique use cases and resolving a few issues that ultimately stemmed from our own misconfigurations. Support was thorough, guiding us through each detail and outlining the necessary next steps. We rely on this tool daily for more than 200 users, and it has greatly streamlined our internal workflow and branding efforts. We are truly grateful for CodeTwo Email Signatures! **What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?** There was some work to set it up, but support was excellent with our unique use cases. Almost all signatures could be adopted from Exchange Rules Pro without further adjustments. The entire migration from on-premises to the cloud in this area went smoothly. The new features included in the solution are very well thought out and further increase user acceptance of this product. **What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?** Compared to Exchange Rules PRO, some features have been removed that have served us very well over the past few years. It would be nice if these features (Strip Attachment / add recipients / etc.) would be available again in the future. **What problems is CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** The solution provides us with the ability to quickly and easily provide uniform signatures within the company. Our customers' employees receive the signature without having to do anything themselves. Onboarding is much more professional because there is no need to laboriously create an existing signature via copy and paste. A simple and very professional solution. **What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?** During the initial setup, it takes hours for all signatures to be distributed. Sometimes it takes a long time for new users to receive a signature. However, I believe this is due to the distribution of the add-in by Microsoft and dynamic user groups. Once it has been distributed, it works quickly. **What problems is CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We no longer have to worry about ensuring that everyone in the company uses the correct signature. This is very important for legal reasons.
