What I liked best was their consultative approach. They didn't just take a list of requirements and build it; they actually challenged our existing processes to find a more "optimal" way of doing things. It felt like having a CTO-level partner rather than just a technical vendor. Their expertise in automation is clearly where they shine they created flows that were much more sophisticated than anything we could have designed ourselves, yet the interface remains very easy for our staff to use. There truly isn't much to criticize, but if I had to name something, it’s that their discovery process is incredibly thorough and deep. While this is ultimately a good thing because it leads to a better end product, it does mean the initial planning phase takes a bit of time and requires a lot of input from the business owner.
