What I appreciate most about Code of Talent is the practical, focused, and human-centered approach to learning. The micro-learning structure allows me to integrate knowledge directly into my daily work without disrupting my professional routine. Additionally, it would be helpful to have more options for interaction between participants, such as discussion threads or group challenges, to enhance the social learning experience.

These are not major issues, but addressing them could further improve the learning journey and make it even more engaging and adaptive to diverse learning styles.

This platform is very well built, it has an organized structure, a theory section for each subject, different missions in which you can write text, watch videos, and upload images to answer each task/mission.
It is easy to use, you can intuitively move from one mission to another. It clearly shows when the deadline is for each mission and when it starts to be active. It has many features.

I didn't find anything to dislike. There are no problems.

Unfortunately, we have to log into this separately from our own internal learning tool.  This makes getting to the information more difficult.  Over time, we can forget how to get to the right link.

I liked the materials and the missions that we had to participate. Also the daily email notifications, for the missions, helped me stay active and alerted. Last not but not least, I enjoyed the badges and the motivational feedback from the instructor's side, supported to continue, especially in days where motivation was not that high

Definetely a more "User friendly" version and easier to navigate in order to find the missions. There were times I was struggling a couple of minutes to find it. Also I didn't unserstand that much, how I could help by boosting the moral of a colleague. I would like to see for every mission that I participate, additional articles/courses that would give me more knowledge

Very well structured negotiation courses, with many examples, interactive and applied to businesses. Also the well-prepared, applied and filmed role-playing games, so that we can analyze, become aware and learn from this experience.

Negotiations.
Awareness of the fact that the only one who gives you money is the client and to make him loyal you should create a very good experience for him. The fact that you have to adapt quickly to each situation and type of client in particular, that you have to be calm and discover the real needs of each one, communicating with them in as simple and clear a language as possible.
I also learned and became aware of the rules of negotiation and the importance of its preparation and how you can influence the client's decisions.

He shows us many ways to prioritize our daily official tasks,to set goals and keep balance between work cases and the time with our families.

My feedback is only related to ARPIM CODE 2023: I felt there are too many buttons and arrows and text-instructions for the purpose of this training. The videos did not bring "knowledge" -added value, they were just teasers of what the Quizz will be about and the user needs to go back to the pdf/Code to read the articles. Moreover, each video repeated "more friendly arpim code, easier, etc" as an introduction rather than repeating the theoretical information needed to be known. 
In terms of spelling: at some question I found "nu este obligata sa trimita trimite raportul de sinteza" and in the pdf some sentences were written without space between the words.
