It’s hard to believe this service is based overseas—they guided us and introduced the service so warmly, almost as if they were right next to us. There aren’t many global online services that deliver such a personalized, humanized touch from onboarding all the way through daily operation. In particular, our manager Katherine provided a customer experience that truly made me feel like someone was right by my side supporting me. It’s remarkable that this level of service quality can be delivered cross-border and remotely. **What do you dislike about Codapay?** Nothing. It is a perfect service.
