"The ideal software to optimize your work"

What do you like best?

You can start using this administrative platform for free, in this way you can see and detail in a simple way all the functions that Clubhouse has, in order to give you a broad vision and you can notice that this software can give you the balance my company needs to to be able to have an optimal working environment.

What I love about Clubhouse is its friendly control panel. Where you can notice how this program gives you all the help possible. I also like his ability to assign responsibilities and tasks to the different departments of my company.

Without a doubt, Clubhouse is ideal because it adapts to all the work I have in my company without sweating. Its versatility is unique and allows me to see the development of each area of the company. This software gives you everything you need to manage your business and the projects you want to undertake.

What do you dislike?

It is a pity that such a complete software does not have a version for mobile devices, at least a version of the top management where we have to monitor and control all the work that is done. This was reported to the technical support team and they told me that they were working on it and that it would come out very soon, it is certainly a relief to be able to know this.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Clubhouse is a software that I would recommend using it, if possible in any business, since it can be easily adapted in each company, regardless of its size, where it will be your main ally when it comes to doing the respective monitoring of each projector sales, without doubt this system will provide everything you need.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This tool is undoubtedly almost perfect because it allows everyone in general to work at the same pace and aimed at achieving each of the objectives set allowing us to reach a general goal, in other words it allows us all to work together. It also allows us to view details of each area of the company generating different types of reports with them when required by each department head, and to correct certain anomalies that arise, in order to accelerate each of the processes that are perform as a team.

It has also helped us a lot to improve the development of each product sold by us, and thus sees the receptivity of customers with them, in short, in terms of communication Clubhouse is ideal. Something that has greatly benefited this system is that it radically changed the communication between departments, making it possible to greatly improve the work environment and improve each area on time.

"Clubhouse: Review"

What do you like best?

This tool is essential to create an optimal workflow, allowing to manage the communication between work groups of different categories, with this tool we can have a better communication in the different jobs within the company, sales, human resources, software, and others, in order to create a working group that works in the same direction, and to take a better organized work route, for computer specialists, is a very useful tool that allows us, from the heart of the company, make everything flow in the best way, and that everyone gives the best for the company, avoiding that they suffer discomfort or cuts, in their daily work applications.

What do you dislike?

I would love that this tool can be used, in mobile devices, such as android or ios, it would be a great help, especially for those of us who must control different tasks in other areas of work from this application, sometimes, we should leave the Office, and it would be ideal to see what is happening in the application, from our smart phone, you can also improve the integration with other applications, which do not belong to the clubhouse, so that it is a tool that adapts to all kinds of situations.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

You can perform a fully functional test of this tool, before deciding if it is what you are looking for your company, the test has all the features you will find in the paid version, so you will know exactly if it is what you are looking for.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is a tool that allows everyone in our company to work on the same path, ideal for building projects and teamwork, it is very interesting how this tool has a working system oriented to work together, which allows for a better progress way, allowing to visualize different types of work information to all the members of the working group, without the need for someone to forward this information, which significantly speeds up the progress of the processes or tasks that are being performed as a team.

"Clubhouse Project Management Platform User Review and Experience"

What do you like best?

I liked Clubhouse due to its fast, uncluttered project management platform for Agile software teams that are looking forward to plan, build and launch their products effortlessly.

The software combines the right amount of simplicity and structure and this helped to keep out teams more efficient productive and happy.

The software is well designed for developers and has superior features and extensive integration environments including GitHub, Slack, GitLab among others.

There are also well crafted APIs to automate processes and workflows. The 14 day trial period gives users a chance to experience the software without committing their credit cards

What do you dislike?

I found it a bit time consuming and taxing navigating the nomenclature of Epics, Stories, Milestones and Projects, especially during the first time use.

I experienced some small challenges on using the reporting functionality which seemed to have some few bugs, but nothing really major stops it from being a great software, it is.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I think it would be more useful to have some visual guides for first time users, on top of the available documentation. Not everyone loves to read many pages of documentation.

Overall, I have used other product management platforms but I would say Clubhouse is a winner and effortlessly solves project management task.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were looking for a project management platform and software development application that brings every member of the team together to build great products. Clubhouse delivered this task because of its features such as web app, iOS app and simple API that enables robust integrations.

"The perfect software project management app"

What do you like best?

Clubhouse is perfectly tailored to an agile software development workflow. It's got everything you need to manage projects—stories, point estimates, projects, epics, milestones, assignees, labels, and reporting—but it still feels extremely lightweight. It enables your process, rather than

What do you dislike?

Its hardly a "dislike," but I'd love to see more flexible reporting in Clubhouse. It has solid reporting on team member activity, plus burndown charts and story progress for projects and labels. But now and then you run into a question like "Which stories were created in the past month?" that Clubhouse can't answer, though I hear that's in the workd.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Give it a try! Clubhouse may not be a huge name in the product/project space (yet), but I'm so glad my team found it. It's easy-to-use, beautifully designed, and feature-packed.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Clubhouse helps our product/engineering team of ~15 all coordinate on what we're working on. The biggest benefit is that Clubhouse can show at-a-glance how things are going, avoiding the need to interrupt each other for status updates, costing precious focus time.

"Great project management tool"

What do you like best?

Clubhouse offers great optimization and organization of tasks and project workflows. It is very simple and easy to use, with a clean and organized user interface. It offers organizing more complex projects with its Milestones and Epics option. Overall it is an awesome project management tool.

What do you dislike?

There are not many things that I can include here, maybe one of the things it lacks it is the reporting tools.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are a company with multiple teams, and cross-functional operation, developers, data engineers, and analysts, so clubhouse is a great tool to keep track of every department progress and workflow.

"Clubhouse is great, if you know how to use it!"

What do you like best?

My favorite thing about Clubhouse is probably the dashboard. It's a very collaborative platform, and as such, sometimes it could get tricky to navigate. So I like that all tasks, mentions, and due dates are in one place. I also love the ability to assign tasks; my department often sources other departments (i.e., technical writer, graphics team, etc.) for projects.

What do you dislike?

There's a bit of a learning curve when it comes to different areas of Clubhouse (i.e., Epics, Stories, Projects, Labels, etc.). The verbiage can be daunting at first, but that's like with anything; once you get the hang of it, it's cake! Also, I would say using Clubhouse companywide effectively would take some planning and prep regarding deciding the value of Stories for 'points.'

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We wanted to improve product development to market planning, and while we used/still use JIRA, it wasn't very effective in terms of communication. Clubhouse is very open and collaborative, which allows information between the Development Team and Marketing to flow more seamlessly than before, thus allowing us to go to market stronger.

"Intuitive, performant team/project management"

What do you like best?

The kanban interface is really easy to use & performant. It's like Trello, but with so many additional features & improvements that it eclipses Trello entirely for team projects. I've used Asana, Redmine, Jira, and several others, and Clubhouse is far better than those for our needs.

What do you dislike?

It would be nice if we could add estimation points to "tasks" rather than just "stories". Tasks are contained within a story, but using a story with multiple estimable parts would help our planning. I hear that reporting could be improved, but I think they are working on that now.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Try it out & see how it's really intuitive & simple, but look into it further and you'll find that you can accommodate your process very explicitly. It's really simple to learn & use daily, and their team keeps adding useful features weekly.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our small team needs to be able to create, estimate, and complete work in an agile way to build our software product. Clubhouse has gotten us all on the same page regarding our process, and it makes our work more straightforward.

"Great tool for tracking bugs, but it requires a lot of upkeep."

What do you like best?

I like that you don't have to be a power user to use this tool. We have templates created so that bugs and feature requests can be easily filed by colleagues that are not tech savvy. You can also keep track of where your ticket progress is and leave notes on a ticket to help remote teams stay aligned. They also may updates that don't interfere with how you use the tool and send updates if your ticket did not process for some reason which helps a lot.

What do you dislike?

You pay per active user, which can be great or bad depending on how many people need to submit a ticket. also, it can get messy if it's not consistently sifted through. We have started filing our feature requests in Google Sheets as it is hard to organize in Clubhouse and has become a feature request graveyard for us.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving how bugs. glicthes, flaws in the product, and chores are filed, tracked and organized and CH helps us do that.

"Modern, Kanban-style Agile Project Management Tool with great UX"

What do you like best?

The Clubhouse UX is very easy to navigate, very well designed, and visually appealing. The company has been rapidly expanding and updating the product for some time.

What do you dislike?

Partitioning work into Sprints (as opposed to Kanban continuous flow) has to be kludged, as it is not a core part of the product.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Many of G2 Crowd's "features" for this product category apply to traditional project management tools like MS Project, not agile project management tools.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Agile project management for software product development

"Clubhouse makes things easy!"

What do you like best?

I love how user-friendly Clubhouse is. Even as a new user you can find what you need easily. You do not have to go through an extensive training to learn how to use and navigate through the system.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the system can glitch or take a while to load. If you click too many times when it is trying to load nothing happens.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is a lot easier to collaborate and work on projects together using Clubhouse. Multiple people can see what you need them to see without having to send multiple files or emails.

"Good to use for small teams"

What do you like best?

Clubhouse gives you a simple interface with most of the features you'll need and not a ton of extras (you can point, add labels, move stories down the flow etc.). I also like how you can group stories into epics.

What do you dislike?

There are integrations with GitHub and email but not with others like Hubspot.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The pointing has been good for us to estimate our bandwidth for each story or epic.

"Clubhouse for Data Science"

What do you like best?

The dashboard is an excellent view of all tasks that belong to me. I do like how even the finished tasks stay there until accepted.

What do you dislike?

I don't like how the rejected tasks linger in my dashboard and is the first category there.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Project tracking is what you make of it, Clubhouse provides an excellent framework.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Effective project tracking for our data science projects. Client Services team can assign us tickets and keep track of the progress.
