CloudThinker is an autonomous AI-powered cloud operations platform built for engineering teams that need to move fast without sacrificing reliability, security, or cost efficiency. Rather than another dashboard you have to interpret yourself, CloudThinker's AI agents work continuously across your stack, managing cloud resources, reviewing code, responding to incidents, and optimizing spend with minimal human intervention required. Six core platform modules: AI Code Review Agent — automated PR analysis for security vulnerabilities, logic errors, and performance issues, integrated into GitHub/GitLab Incident Response Agent — real-time detection, root cause analysis, and automated remediation via AI-driven runbooks, correlating logs, metrics, traces, and alerts Cloud Cost Optimization (FinOps Agent) — continuous spend analysis across AWS, Azure, GCP; identifies idle resources, oversized instances, and RI opportunities Security Monitoring Agent — continuous scanning for misconfigurations, exposed credentials, and IAM drift, mapped to CIS Benchmarks and SOC 2 Kubernetes Operations Agent — workload rightsizing, pod autoscaling, and automated remediation across EKS, AKS, GKE IT HelpDesk Automation Agent — resolves common employee requests, routes tickets, and provisions access Graduated Autonomy framework (a key differentiator): four configurable levels — Notify (AI observes only), Suggest (AI drafts recommendations, humans approve), Act with Approval (AI executes pending sign-off), and Autonomous (AI investigates, remediates, and verifies end-to-end) — configurable per agent, per environment, and per team role with RBAC governance. Integrations: 50+ pre-built connectors including AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, GitHub, GitLab, Slack, PagerDuty, Jira, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Terraform, Pulumi, and ArgoCD — connects via API with no agents to install. Compliance & security: SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 certified. CloudThinker is also an AWS Partner (including AWS AI Services Competency) and is available directly on AWS Marketplace.

"Deep Root-Cause Tracing Across K8s and Cloud—With Transparent, Evidence-Based Answers"

5/5

What do you like best about CloudThinker?

What impressed me most isn't just that it detects issues — plenty of monitoring tools do that — it's how deep it actually traces root cause instead of stopping at the surface symptom. One concrete case: our app was stuck in a crash loop, and the agent (Kai) didn't just report "app is failing" — it traced it all the way back: a K8s node had died → a pod got stuck Terminating → the service kept routing to that pod's dead IP → the app kept timing out calling that dead address. When I pushed further and asked why the node died, it went and pulled evidence from our cloud provider's side too (instance status checks, audit logs) to rule out possibilities one by one instead of guessing. What I actually respect is that it clearly said where it couldn't determine the answer (logs had already expired) instead of making something up just to give an answer.

The multi-agent setup (each agent owns a domain — cloud, security, database, Kubernetes) turned out to be more useful than I expected — when an issue spans both infrastructure and Kubernetes, it routes to the right specialist on its own instead of me having to coordinate that myself. It's also nice knowing this isn't locked to one cloud — it works across AWS, GCP, and Azure, so we're not stuck if our stack changes.

One finding that felt genuinely valuable, not just a demo trick: it caught that our team thought we were paying very little for our cloud infrastructure, when in reality promotional credits were masking almost the entire real cost — if those credits run out, the bill could jump several times over with zero warning. That's the kind of thing you'd otherwise only discover once the real invoice hits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudThinker?

Skill activation is a bit easy to misconfigure — skills need to be toggled on and separately scoped to the right context (chat vs. incident). We had a runbook we assumed would auto-trigger during a real incident, but it didn't because it was only scoped to chat. A warning when that mismatch happens would help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CloudThinker solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before CloudThinker, incident response was entirely manual and scattered across tools — someone had to log in, run commands by hand across our cloud provider and Kubernetes clusters separately, and manually stitch together a timeline before even starting root cause analysis. Now that whole workflow is handled by the agents: they investigate across multiple clouds and Kubernetes in one place, correlate evidence instead of us jumping between dashboards, and actually trace problems back to their root cause rather than just flagging symptoms.

It also exposed a gap we didn't know we had — we assumed our alerting was properly wired up, but it turned out real incidents were only ever caught by chance, not by any automated detection. Having that surfaced directly, instead of during an actual outage, was worth a lot on its own.

The most eye-opening moment was on the cost side: it traced our cloud spend and found that promotional credits were masking most of our real infrastructure cost, meaning our actual bill was several times higher than what we thought we were paying. That's the kind of risk you want flagged by a tool months in advance, not discovered the day an invoice suddenly spikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Powered Automation That Streamlines Cloud Ops and Cuts Response Times"

5/5

What do you like best about CloudThinker?

CloudThinker stands out because it goes beyond simply identifying issues, it helps resolve them with AI-powered automation. I particularly like the AI agents for cloud operations, Kubernetes, databases, and security, which save our engineering team a significant amount of manual work. The platform integrates well with our existing cloud environment and provides actionable recommendations instead of just alerts. It has helped us improve operational efficiency while reducing response times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudThinker?

The platform has a broad set of capabilities, so new users may need some time to become familiar with all the features. However, the documentation is improving, and the support team has been responsive whenever we've needed assistance. I'd also like to see even more integrations with third-party DevOps tools in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CloudThinker solving and how is that benefiting you?

CloudThinker helps us automate repetitive operational tasks, troubleshoot incidents faster, and optimize cloud costs. Instead of engineers spending hours investigating logs or infrastructure issues, the platform analyzes the root cause and recommends or executes remediation steps. This has reduced operational overhead and allowed our team to focus on higher-value engineering work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure, Expert DevOps Automation with Fast Integrations and Real Performance Gains"

5/5

What do you like best about CloudThinker?

For everything DevOps does. 9.5 of 10

Customer obsession, fast delivery, and shipping to customers' needs. Cloudthinker is an expert in its connections, such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Atlassian, Jenkins, ... A lot of connections mean a lot of things it can do.

The best thing is security. Things you do will stay in your account: no data leak, no action without asking. Two things I love about Cloudthinker are its knowledge and correction. As an expert, it can understand problems clearly and make proper decisions in minutes.

30% cost down and 40% higher performance after using.

23% fewer incidents with code review and infrastructure review.

Create complex Grafana dashboards in minutes, automate incident response, and fix it with your custom runbook.

Turn your repeat work/flow into a skill.

Here is what I experience. Proud that the Grafana connection just took under 2 weeks since our request to GA, and it helped me a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Perfect All-in-One AI Platform for Our Team"

5/5

What do you like best about CloudThinker?

What I like most about CloudThinker is the way it pairs an incredibly intuitive UI/UX with powerful AI and intelligence features that help automate our complex workflows. Performance has been consistently fast and reliable, even during peak hours. On top of that, its seamless integrations with our existing tech stack meant we didn’t have to change how we work to adopt it. From day one, the support and onboarding teams were exceptional and made the transition feel effortless. Overall, it delivers fantastic pricing and a clear ROI, which makes it a highly valuable tool for our day-to-day operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudThinker?

At this time, I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about CloudThinker. It’s been working perfectly and fits our current needs well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CloudThinker Streamlines Cloud Ops with Faster RCA and Lower Alert Noise"

4/5

What do you like best about CloudThinker?

In the short term, CloudThinker provides immediate value by streamlining your cloud operations within the first 30 to 90 days. It drastically reduces alert noise by correlating duplicate alarms to prevent on-call fatigue, while its automated Root Cause Analysis (RCA) rapidly aggregates logs to pinpoint the exact source of an issue in seconds rather than hours. Additionally, it delivers instant cost savings by quickly identifying idle or orphaned cloud resources, helping you trim your infrastructure bill right from the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudThinker?

Despite its strengths, CloudThinker has several notable limitations. During initial deployment, it suffers from a context gap, generating false positives and inaccurate recommendations until custom architecture standards, internal runbooks, and isolation rules are properly ingested. Additionally, while its code review capabilities excel at static logic and security flaws, it cannot detect live runtime issues like UI distortions or browser performance bottlenecks, making traditional quality control still necessary. Operating it safely also requires upfront effort to define strict IAM guardrails and approval boundaries, meaning it cannot be used as a "set-and-forget" tool on day one. Finally, integrating CloudThinker into an existing workflow demands significant setup, as it requires broad, ongoing access across platforms like GitHub, cloud providers, monitoring tools, and internal documentation. "Autonomous Cloud Ops That Cuts Out Manual Troubleshooting"

4.5/5

What do you like best about CloudThinker?

CloudThinker in 3 Bullet Points

What it is: An autonomous AI agent system designed to manage and run cloud infrastructure (AWS, K8s, Azure).

What it solves: Cuts out manual troubleshooting during outages by reading logs, pinpointing the root cause, and suggesting the exact fix.

Why it matters: It shifts cloud management from staring at dashboards to approving automated actions in Slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudThinker?

Giving an AI agent permission to change live infrastructure (rebooting nodes, altering IAM, rolling back code) carries huge risk if the AI "hallucinates" or misinterprets an issue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CloudThinker solving and how is that benefiting you?

Speeds up log debugging: Instead of hunting through thousands of lines in CloudWatch or Loki to find why an API returned 500 Internal Server Error, it pins down the exact failing service and line of code instantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
