We are able to have cloud access to the programs and files we need. The connection is quick and the interface is seamless. The customer service is excellent. They are always available with a quick phone call and work with you until your questions or issues are resolved. **What do you dislike about NR Hosting?** The hosting is not a one size fits all. The initial setup involved selecting what we needed and matching the services and server space to our needs. Since this was our first interaction with cloud services, it was a steep learning curve for us. Once we were set up everything went much smoother. **What problems is NR Hosting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cloud hosting gives us access to our key programs from anywhere. NR Hosting has very good servers with amazing response time. I have total 3 sites hosted on NR Hosting for one year. My websites' speed have been increased than before. I also got amazing uptime throughout the year. Their support team is very helpful and solves all the issues within a very short time. NR Hosting also offers lots of digital goodies such as premium themes, plugins and CDN etc. for free. Their pricing is also very reasonable comparing to other cloud hosting providers. **What do you dislike about NR Hosting?** Support ticket response is slow. But phone and live chat support are amazing. **Recommendations to others considering NR Hosting:** NR Hosting is quite good for all types of websites.
