Closima Reviews & Product Details

Closima is software for real estate transaction coordinators who run files for one agent or many. Forward or upload a signed purchase agreement. Closima reads it and sets every contract deadline using your state's own contract, business days and holidays. All 50 states and DC are covered. It also builds the checklist and documents list, and drafts the emails each step needs. You check the details once, then it keeps the file moving. Every weekday at 7am you get a summary of what's due, what's overdue and which emails are ready to send. Each agent gets a private link to see where their files stand, and a Friday update. Calendars sync to Google, Apple or Outlook. Closima works alongside your broker's software, or instead of it. If your broker requires Dotloop, SkySlope or TransactionDesk, keep the paperwork there and run deadlines, reminders and updates in Closima. If your broker lets you choose, Closima fills your state's forms, sends them for e-signature, and emails your broker the complete file. Everything carries your brand: your logo on invoices, emails and agent pages. Commission Disbursement Agreements or agent invoices are ready to send from each file, with reminders when a fee is overdue. Pricing is per transaction: $15, or as low as $8.98 with a credit pack. There's no monthly fee, and your first 3 transactions are free. E-signatures are included.
