Automatic booking of focus time blocks and automatic rearranging of meetings are the most valuable features to me. I like that it re-jigs my focus time automatically if I have to book something in the middle of a focusing block too. The autopilot feature is the best! This allows me to focus on work, and not worry about re-arranging a 1-to-1 with my manager when a key project-based meeting pops up ad-hoc during the week. Colour coding needs a manual override. This is a useful feature, but due to my role there are meetings which are technically say 1-to-1 but are ad-hoc, but the auto colour coding makes it a ad-hoc meeting, rather than a 1-to-1 meeting.
