Not only does Clockwise reign supreme in the scheduling department, but it also helps me reserve enough time for deep work, which is critical for maintaining creativity and delivering high-impact deliverables. Clockwise's Focus Time settings help me stay focused and protect time for my to-do list. And I don't just use Clockwise to organize my work life; I also use Flexible Holds for my daily routines (midday walks for the win), and an end-of-day wind down. Moving meetings or optimizing the agenda is also a tedious and time-consuming task. Since using Clockwise this has become natural, simple and without too much effort. With the right information Clockwise can really make the job of scheduling meetings easier, especially when you have a lot of them. I use it every time I need to plan a meeting. I've never felt the need for customer support services. I use it with GSuite and Slack and it has been really simple setup. **What do you dislike about Clockwise?** If other people are not using Clockwise the calendar optimization is obviously less efficient, especially for 1:1s. If the request to find alternatives about changing a meeting goes on too long or the sentences are too articulate, Clockwise gets confused. I suggest easy and direct speech. **What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organizing meetings, changing dates, post-poning and canceling. I like that the AI scheduler responds to changes in my calendar even before I do. I've found that it's positively impacted my productivity, and made my colleagues more sensitive when it comes to booking over pre-allocated time in my calendar too. For a single user, I think the price is also reasonableand it was also easy to integrate with key tools I already use for work, e.g. Outlook, Asana. **What do you dislike about Clockwise?** The scheduling from Asana could be improved to help with task planning and time management. For example, If I could split up focus time for one large task more seamlessly;instead of creating multiple sub-tasks which are difficult to schedule sequentialy using the AI scheduler. There could also be an easier way to cancel auto events without them being re-created in my calendar (i.e. I often skip lunch, despite my best intentions to schedule it in). I really enjoy the lunch hour feature as it helps me set aside a time for a break. The integration with Slack is also super useful - I love that it updates my Slack status. It is also helpful to have focus time set on my calendar for the week - and for that focus time to be dynamic and adjust to meetings that pop up throughout the week! All in all - it is a useful tool that saves me time finding openings, setting aside focus time, and ensures I take a break throughout the day. As an admin on the account, it is also pretty easy to add users, which I appreciate. **What do you dislike about Clockwise?** The only thing I don't necessarily like is that we cannot remove free users from our team account - they have to remove themselves. This isn't much of an issue, just a minor inconvenience when trying to clean up membership after an associate has left the company. It was exactly what I needed on my daily basis: - easy to install - sync with my Google Cal - mute the noitifications when I'm in meetings - auto-status when I'm OOO - having all great summaries of meetings **What do you dislike about Clockwise?** - all the pros got killed once I realized that Clockwise can't read do all that when you are traveling and change time zones: I have 2 time zones in my Gcal, one primary another one secondary, I always keep my GCal time zones up to date and I expected Clockwise to sync with GCal, sadly it doesn't. It keeps clearing my "Do not clear" status in Slack, keeps changing my hours to "Late hours" while I'm on the opposite side of the world and it's morning for me. I tried to re-install, delete etc. I don't have time to do something that should be part of the intetegration. Maybe that's only my case but I just can't bother. I realized that the more apps you have and the more bugs and imperfections you have - early days you'd care to figure out the technical side of things but when it's an efficiency/productivity app and it fails on such a fundamental issue - I just don't have any bandwidth to even try to solve for this, while I have other apps I need to battle with their bugs. **What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ease of use and integration between Slack and Google Calendar - the only use. ### 20.
