## Clockwise Reviews
  ### 1. Forget about meeting conflicts and manual rescheduling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Baptiste M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Clockwise?**

Clockwise provides me with great peace of mind. In the last months since I started using Clockwise, I have been able to totally simplify my workflow to setup & manage my meetings, so in the end I can focus on what is important: taking care of my team and the work we deliver. I have 9 direct reports, and like many people I believe a handful of people I need to sync up with on a very regular basis (say weekly or fortnightly). This makes it ~10+ recurring 1:1 per week. With the size of our company, this naturally ends up in various conflicts on a regular basis.

Imagine this: you've got a meeting from 10:00 to 10:15, then another one from 10:15 to 10:30 then 10:45 to 11:30.
If say, the 10 to 10:15 is a 1:1 exceptionally want to extend to 1 hour, I just do it.
Meaning the meeting will now be from 10:00 to 11:00.
Then, I move on back to my normal work. (leaving the meeting conflict I just created myself...).

And then, the next time Clockwise makes its daily pass, I know it will just do the rescheduling for me and resolve the conflict.
And not just resolving the conflict, but doing it in a way that is going to be beneficial for me *and* the other person in the call.

**What do you dislike about Clockwise?**

It is not possible to configure multiple chunks in working days to have meetings slated there.
E.g. I would like to tell Clockwise that I'm open for meetings on, say, Monday evenings from 20:30 to 21:30 because this flexibility works for me (and I'll use it to have my sport workout during the more "typical" working hours, when most people are working on the clock :-)). This is not possible currently AFAICT.

**What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do not need to resolve any meeting conflict anymore. I also have more free/focus time without having to create it manually constantly on some given times but still struggle the rest of the time.

  ### 2. The key to recover controle of my own schedule

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anselmo M. | Partner Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Clockwise?**

Creates focus time slots automatically whenever you have a couple of hours free. Also allows you to put recurring meetings in autopilot, allowing Clockwise to automatically find the best date and time in order to create or preserve more focus-time slots.

**What do you dislike about Clockwise?**

It is great for me. I can't think of anything specific. I would like Google Calendar to natively have some of the features. It would be great to have a auto reply whenever I get an invite without description.

**Recommendations to others considering Clockwise:**

if you feel your calendar belogs to others, not yourself, you should consider clockwise to help you create focus time in your calendar. Easy to use and integrated with the most used calendar apps around.

**What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing my calendar, creating the conditions for me to save time for focusing on the work. Before, it was harder for me to preserve my own calendar from others' priorities. I use Clockwise to make my calendar really mine.

  ### 3. Great if you can get your team onboard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyla Rose S. | Content Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Clockwise?**

- It finds the best time to have meetings between you and your colleagues so you all get the most focus time, which is amazing.
- I love the visualization of my schedule at the end of each week that shows how my week changed - this is great to show my boss and show him how much free time I don't have.
- I like how it automatically blocks free time and lets you know how much conflict/how inconvenient it is to book certain time with colleagues.

**What do you dislike about Clockwise?**

It's not really an isssue with the product, more adoption. If people you meet with frequently aren't using it, it's hard to get the value because it does not have access to their calendar. I wish everyone used it.

**Recommendations to others considering Clockwise:**

- You get what you put into it.
- I haven't found anything as user-friendly or as functional
- There's really not much out there like it - the free version is amazing.

**What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Focus time is a huge problem for our team and find times that work for all of us but don't chop up the day so we can still be productive. Also, I had a hard time explaining to my boss show my week started free and then got so hectic and why nothing got done because of broken focus time.

It's great for scheduling meetings so they aren't in the middle of people's focus time, it's great for blocking off focus time, and helps with rescheduling meetings so they're convenient for everyone.

  ### 4. Clockwise is an efficient calendar manager that allows me to better manage focus time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew C. | Group Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Clockwise?**

Its ease of integration and configuration make it very useful. I like that I can set meetings I schedule to float so that they can be bunched together (or not) so that I can preserve focus time. As a product manager, I oscillate between the "manager's" schedule where I need to coordinate with stakeholders across the company, and a "maker's" schedule where I need large blocks of uninterrupted time to think and develop new ideas. Clockwise is the best tool I have found to strike this balance.

**What do you dislike about Clockwise?**

I would like to have a console that lives outside of my calendar with more robust configuration options.

**What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clockwise helps me manage my common appointments so that I do not have blocks of unusable time - those 30 minute blocks which are not long enough to get anything meaningful done.

  ### 5. Clockwise is the best application to help manage your day to day schedule and help get work done!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Clockwise?**

The autopilot scheduling feature for 1:1s, where Clockwise automatically reschedules 1:1s internally when it finds a better way to optimize my schedule and create time for me to focus.

**What do you dislike about Clockwise?**

That it doesn't work outside your company with external users. This tool would be even more life-changing if there was a calendly-like link that encouraged external parties to my Company to schedule with me on my Clockwise link, so that it can optimize for both parties schedules, and avoid having instances where someone abruptly cancels a meeting a needs to reschedule. If it was able to optimize with external parties, it'd greatly reduce email traffic, where we again need to coordinate another time to speak and go back-and-forth :)

**Recommendations to others considering Clockwise:**

When considering Clockwise for your organization, it's really important to add as many users as you can at your Company to really test it out and see it's true benefits. The value is through explosive company adoption, so that Clockwise can work to the maximum benefit, and optimize all your coworkers schedules, or at the very least -- the ones you work most closely with week in and week out (ie. your internal team).

**What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me carve out time in a busy day/week of meetings to get actual work done. I now don't have to worry as much about blocking time out to get work done. I've also benefited from having the autopilot tool that reschedules recurring 1:1s with my team, based on my updating schedule.

  ### 6. Having an assistant without having an assistant.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica I. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Clockwise?**

I like that the app can be configured to automate my reoccurring meeting such as 1-1s to maximize my focus time as well as the other attendee's focus time.

**What do you dislike about Clockwise?**

Having it hold room for lunches gets annoying because I need to modify the lunchtime to be shorter or longer and I can never seem to get the edits to adjust properly it always seems to correct itself back to the original slot.

**Recommendations to others considering Clockwise:**

If you are looking to better maximize your focus time and meeting effectiveness with little daily grooming this app is for you.

**What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensuring I get enough focus time to get work done.

  ### 7. Great scheduling productivity tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Clockwise?**

It does the work or rescheduling and moving meetings around as needed for you ( if you let it !)
I like the automatic coloring of different slots according to subjects
I like the stats it gives you about the value added to you and your team, from Week to week.
It allows setting slots in advance as lunches
It lets your teammates know when you are not working
It allows you to add your personal calendar and block your work calendar from adding meetings on that time. - this really saves a lot of time!!!

**What do you dislike about Clockwise?**

Nothing so far, I like it it works well.
I would like other people not only teammates to be able to join this. not sure if this feature is possible or not.

**What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Focus time! moving meetings if there are conflicts for anyone in the team

  ### 8. Automation where you need it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** André M. | Staff Tech Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Clockwise?**

The autopilot feature + teams. As we have a lot of meetings (especially these CoVid days...), clockwise helps by removing the burden of aligning meetings for small groups, maximising focus time.

Also having the teams calendar visible for everyone really helps when people are WFH.

**What do you dislike about Clockwise?**

It would be great to get a booking suggestion for the group of people when you are scheduling a meeting

**Recommendations to others considering Clockwise:**

I started using clockwise and fostered my teams to use it as well. Today we save a lot of time and maximise our uninterrupted time. All in all a great find!

**What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

visibility and reduction of manual work

  ### 9. Great Free Product - Minor Improvements Needed But Overall Highly Useful

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Clockwise?**

Focus Time feature is great - helps me think about my day better, and improve my use of my own time. Autopilot to reschedule meetings is OK - could use some improvements, but the core functionality is good. The automatic syncing of calendars is great in concept, but could use a little more fine tuning. Overall usability is great, super clean interface and seamless integration with Google Calendar. Overall a really solid product, and given that it's free there's truly no downside to using. I've been trying to share it as widely as I can within my current company.

**What do you dislike about Clockwise?**

The only real downsides are features that are good that could use improvement. As an example, being able to control which meetings from a synced calendar actually block my calendar vs are visible to me but not anybody else would be an improvement. Similarly the Autopilot feature isn't quite as nuanced as I would like - it would be better if you could build in more refined logic (ie "reschedule to any time after this other meeting") instead of just "reschedule during the day" vs "reschedule during the week").

**Recommendations to others considering Clockwise:**

Great tool, easy to use, minor product gaps but overall definitely worth using. Recommend linking your personal email calendar as well, though it'd be nice if there was more nuanced settings in which meetings show up on your calendar visible to everybody as opposed to just visible to you. Can also help improve your team's scheduling habits. In my opinion all meetings should be booked back to back wherever possible, and this tool pushes people to do that naturally. You can also use the tool to establish a "no-meeting" day, though I haven't used this feature.

**What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me think about my own time management better, to try to consolidate meetings to maximize Focus Time. Also helps the rest of my team build better habits as far as scheduling - by completely killing Focus Time whenever they schedule a meeting that's not back to back with other meetings, it pushes them to think about being respectful of other people's calendars when they're scheduling meetings.

  ### 10. Simple and easy time management tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carolina Z. | Workforce Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Clockwise?**

I really like that I can have a summary and quick visibility of the amount of time I invest in each thing.

**What do you dislike about Clockwise?**

Once you configure when are your off times and link it with google calendar it is very difficult to modify that time. For example if I need to change the lunch time of a specific day in real time

**What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been able to provide accurate visibility into the time spent on different tasks

  ### 11. Helpful app that really works for preserving your focus time!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Graham H. | SRE, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Clockwise?**

Automatic booking of focus time blocks and automatic rearranging of meetings are the most valuable features to me. I like that it re-jigs my focus time automatically if I have to book something in the middle of a focusing block too. I like that it shows me how much focus time I'm taking away from people when I book them in a meeting!

**What do you dislike about Clockwise?**

Honestly, I don't know if I can think of much I dislike about it. Maybe just that it requires other people to connect it up before it can do certain actions with their calendars.

**What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By automatically rearranging my meetings it has allowed me to have more focus time during the week. Also just seeing that I have "focus time" in my calendar helps me to mentally know, "Okay, it's time to get down to business here!"

  ### 12. Huge Sanity Saver!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Packaging and Containers | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Clockwise?**

The ability to choose my ideal blocks of time for meetings and focus times, and have that communicated out to the team via Slack and GCal visibility, has improved my workdays an immeasurable amount.

**What do you dislike about Clockwise?**

The only thing I have disliked is automatic default settings in Slack once installed. These were easily disabled and reconfigured.

**What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's so easy to block time intentionally and with automatic alerts to those who schedule over non-meeting times it has reduced back and forth greatly.

  ### 13. Powerful tool that gets better the more people join

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cyril L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Clockwise?**

Automatically rescheduling meetings to maximise uninterrupted blocks of time

**What do you dislike about Clockwise?**

Not much, it's not intrusive and can be turned off.

**Recommendations to others considering Clockwise:**

Sell the idea to a group of people that you're meeting often to get maximum benefit.

**What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Get more uninterrupted time.

  ### 14. Enables me to master my calendar

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liz B. | Technical Delivery Manager, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Clockwise?**

The autopilot feature is the best! This allows me to focus on work, and not worry about re-arranging a 1-to-1 with my manager when a key project-based meeting pops up ad-hoc during the week. The auto-generated Slack status to help show these changes from the autopilot to my team.

**What do you dislike about Clockwise?**

Colour coding needs a manual override. This is a useful feature, but due to my role there are meetings which are technically say 1-to-1 but are ad-hoc, but the auto colour coding makes it a ad-hoc meeting, rather than a 1-to-1 meeting. So the only thing I don't like is the inability to manually override the ocasioanl issue that is otherwise very useful.

**Recommendations to others considering Clockwise:**

It is a very useful tool, but it does require the others that you work with to also use it within the company, as that is where it's effectiveness really shines. Also if using Slack for work it is extremely useful to help manage your status and Do Not Disturb mode without having to think about it when darting between meetings. Overall this tool helps give you one less thing to think about during the working day and is like having a personal assistant.

**What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The auto management of Focus Time and Lunch means I am not spending as much time manually booking in, re-arranging, and then having to talk to co-workers, that yes I am technically free at that time... This has been huge. The autopilot that works in re-arranging meetings (especially for regular 1-on-1s is also extremely useful in my role as a Delivery Manager as ad-hoc meetings are a regular occurrence during the week for me.

  ### 15. A pretty slick e-calendar management tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Varshal J. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Clockwise?**

The space freed up for focus time if a meeting is set to clockwise

**What do you dislike about Clockwise?**

Its competitors x.ai & Calendly are doing amazingly well in this space. Having similar features might help.

**What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Freeing up space and focussing on work more than just meetings.

  ### 16. One of the best tools out there to take control of your productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Clockwise?**

The tool is like a virtual assistant for your calendar

**What do you dislike about Clockwise?**

Can't add anything specific here. So N/A

**What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clockwise helps with automating my schedule without me having to care about it that much. 1:1 meeting are scheduled automatically to give me the most focus time of the day. The more teammates or the whole team uses it, the bigger the benefits since it reschedules team meetings to maximize the focus time for the whole team as well.

  ### 17. Timesaver!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Clockwise?**

Gives you 2 hour blocks back in your day so you can focus, get stuff done, be creative, breathe. It's been a game changer.

**What do you dislike about Clockwise?**

There's still not enough time in the day!

**What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Back to back meeting fatigue.

  ### 18. Great for added visibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Clockwise?**

Clockwise gave me more visibility to how my team is spending their time. It was really helpful to see how much bandwidth they have so I can shift things around to support.

**What do you dislike about Clockwise?**

Not too much to dislike. When I first started using Clockwise it was a little tough to navigate, but nothing really to complain about.

**What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clockwise also does a great job of helping me see how I spend time.

  ### 19. Love Clockwise.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marissa R. | Head of Brand Marketing (US & Canada), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Clockwise?**

Love the rules to automatically color code my meetings and great weekly email recaps.

**What do you dislike about Clockwise?**

Nothing really; I just wish I could get more of my team to use it but they are a little slow to adopt.

**What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like thinking about grouping meetings together to add more heads down time.

  ### 20. Love Clockwise -- minimal setup to save (and create) LOTS of time.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Clockwise?**

Simple product features - does what it says it will do.

**What do you dislike about Clockwise?**

Can be confusing to new users who don't understand how Clockwise will/will not change their events.

**What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating focus time & maximizing those efficiencies across a network of people. This creates an automated way of getting rid of an afternoon of patch work meetings and creates real blocks of time to get into a flow and do work.

  ### 21. Increases the efficiency of my work day

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Clockwise?**

Connection to slack, focus time in my calendar

**What do you dislike about Clockwise?**

I can't think of any at the moment - I use it for focus time only

**What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I get clear time slots for my focus time

  ### 22. shut up and take my calendar and money

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordi A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Clockwise?**

smart and automatic rescheduling.
Meeting identification (1 on 1)

**What do you dislike about Clockwise?**

integration still feels clumsy, the back (close) takes a couple of seconds to appear

**What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

managing a busy schedule

  ### 23. Great Productivity Tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Clockwise?**

I didn't realize how much fragmented time I had each week, and how it drained my productivity. Really like the color coding so I can see at a glance what I have on the docket for the day/ week.

**What do you dislike about Clockwise?**

I understand that 2 hours if ideal, but would love if tool could block off 1.5 hour blocks if they exist so people don't book over it. It's better than nothing.

**What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Less fragmented time , help team be more productive time.

  ### 24. ClockWise - use it and be wise

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Clockwise?**

Best interface is no interface , very well integrated

**What do you dislike about Clockwise?**

hmm i assume generic ML related product problem it goes wrong at time but presume over time it will learn.

**Recommendations to others considering Clockwise:**

Worth using give it some time to understand your calendar patterns etc before it starts suggesting properly.

**What problems is Clockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Me time
