I appreciate the ease of setting up Clockwise to work on my calendar. I really enjoy the lunch hour feature as it helps me set aside a time for a break. The integration with Slack is also super useful - I love that it updates my Slack status. It is also helpful to have focus time set on my calendar for the week - and for that focus time to be dynamic and adjust to meetings that pop up throughout the week! All in all - it is a useful tool that saves me time finding openings, setting aside focus time, and ensures I take a break throughout the day. The only thing I don't necessarily like is that we cannot remove free users from our team account - they have to remove themselves. This isn't much of an issue, just a minor inconvenience when trying to clean up membership after an associate has left the company. I have been using clockwise for almost 2 years now and I can say it is one of the best platform to schedule your meetings, focus time and plan your day. There are various features that comes handy such as:

I don't dislike that it isn't there, but it would be super helpful to have the opportunity to change the availability hours for specific links. Sometimes we send links to customers across different regions and would like to have more flexibility for them, but not in the other links I send out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clockwise holds spac efor me to focus and GSD every day. I've learned I can rely on it's amazing in Slack app summary of my day, lunch and after hours call out son Slack to my team members and ability to create swaths of deep focus time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would love if there were custom features, like I walk my dog every day in the afternoon & would love an option for that to not only pop up in my cal but also on Slack with a specific emoji. Also would love an option to add custom US holidays for when I'm out of office. Even a simple "no entry" emoji would be great, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Implementing Clockwise for our team has been incredibly helpful for blocking large amounts of Focus Time for teammates to do their head down, deep work without interruption from meeting invites and interruptions. I love Clockwise's syncing options and highly recommend it for anyone struggling with too many meetings!

Very easy to use, automatically updates your slack stats based on your calendar while also providing daily stats about your schedule. The best feature is automatically scheduling lunch hours and meeting breaks for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main downside is that you can't compare your schedule to others and book meetings based on their preferences Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I loved Clockwise when I first learned about it. It was exactly what I needed on my daily basis:

- easy to install

- sync with my Google Cal

- mute the noitifications when I'm in meetings

- auto-status when I'm OOO

- all the pros got killed once I realized that Clockwise can't read do all that when you are traveling and change time zones: I have 2 time zones in my Gcal, one primary another one secondary, I always keep my GCal time zones up to date and I expected Clockwise to sync with GCal, sadly it doesn't. It keeps clearing my "Do not clear" status in Slack, keeps changing my hours to "Late hours" while I'm on the opposite side of the world and it's morning for me. I tried to re-install, delete etc. I don't have time to do something that should be part of the intetegration.

Maybe that's only my case but I just can't bother. I realized that the more apps you have and the more bugs and imperfections you have - early days you'd care to figure out the technical side of things but when it's an efficiency/productivity app and it fails on such a fundamental issue - I just don't have any bandwidth to even try to solve for this, while I have other apps I need to battle with their bugs. My two favorite features are the auto-rescheduling that eliminates conflicts and the scheduling links which save me so much time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only major downside is you can't take advantage of all the features unless everyone you are meeting with is also on Clockwise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
