## About ClipMe
Most AI clipping tools wait for a finished VOD, scan the transcript, and return a large pile of unranked candidates the streamer still has to review one by one. ClipMe takes a different approach: it taps the live Kick HLS feed and cuts clips during the broadcast, so highlights exist before the stream even ends. Instead of transcript-only detection, ClipMe ranks every candidate moment across 18 proprietary signals — not a single proxy like loudness or the transcript — and surfaces a ranked shortlist rather than dozens of maybes. In a measured benchmark, a ~10-hour VOD came back as ~50 ranked clips in about 5 minutes on ClipMe's GPUs (real-world results vary with stream length, queue and plan). Each clip gets face-tracked reframing (9:16 / 1:1 / 16:9), word-level burned-in captions, and optional auto-posting to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. ClipMe is Kick-first by design — streamers who are mostly on Twitch or YouTube may find older tools a better fit. Built by CLIPME LLC (Miami, FL). Free founding-beta tier available.

**What do you like best about ClipMe?**

What I like best about ClipMe is that it turns the entire process of converting livestreams and long-form video into short-form content into a much faster, more automated workflow. Instead of manually watching hours of Twitch, Kick, or YouTube VODs to find good moments, ClipMe uses AI-powered video clipping and AI moment detection to identify potential highlights that I can quickly review and turn into social-ready clips.

The AI is the biggest time-saver for me. It reduces the amount of manual searching required to find engaging moments in long-form content, which makes it much easier to consistently create short-form videos from livestreams. I can spend my time reviewing the best moments instead of spending hours scrubbing through an entire VOD looking for where a clip should start and end.

I also get a lot of value from the automated editing features. Automatic captions, auto-translated captions, automatic video reframing, face-tracked vertical clips, and native 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9 formats eliminate many of the repetitive steps involved in turning a raw stream into a finished short-form video. The result is a much more efficient content repurposing workflow.

The UI/UX fits this process well because the major stages of production are connected. I can go from finding an AI-detected moment to reviewing the clip, editing it, adding captions, reframing it, and preparing it for publication without constantly moving between multiple video editing applications. ClipMe's Editing Studio also gives me more control when an automatically generated clip needs refinement.

The integrations are another major advantage. ClipMe supports Twitch, Kick, and YouTube for livestream and VOD clipping, which covers the platforms where my long-form content originates. From there, I can create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Having the source platforms and short-form publishing workflow connected makes ClipMe much more useful than a basic video clipping tool.

Performance-wise, the biggest improvement is overall production speed. ClipMe reduces the time required to go from a long livestream or VOD to multiple usable short-form videos. AI moment detection speeds up content discovery, while automatic captions, reframing, and social-ready video formats reduce the amount of manual post-production. That means I can process more content without increasing the amount of time I spend editing.

The pricing also makes sense from an ROI perspective because the value is directly tied to the amount of production time saved. Manually watching VODs, finding highlights, cutting footage, adding captions, changing aspect ratios, reframing videos, and preparing clips for multiple social platforms can take hours. By automating many of those tasks, ClipMe reduces the amount of manual editing required and makes it easier to produce more short-form content from the same long-form source material.

The onboarding experience is straightforward once you understand the basic workflow. There are enough features that it takes some time to learn how the AI clipping, Editing Studio, captions, reframing, and publishing tools fit together, but once the workflow is established, it becomes easy to repeat for every stream or VOD. The learning curve is worthwhile because the goal is not just to create one clip but to build a repeatable short-form content production system.

Another benefit I did not initially expect was how much easier it becomes to maintain a consistent publishing workflow. When the biggest bottleneck is finding and editing moments from long streams, it is easy for good content to remain unused. ClipMe makes it much easier to turn existing livestream and VOD content into additional short-form videos, which gives the original content more reach and creates more opportunities to publish across multiple social platforms.

Overall, ClipMe is more than an AI clip generator. It is an AI-powered video clipping and content repurposing platform that connects livestream clipping, VOD clipping, AI moment detection, automatic captions, video reframing, vertical video creation, and social media publishing into one workflow. For streamers, creators, and anyone who regularly turns Twitch, Kick, or YouTube content into TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, the biggest value is the combination of automation, time savings, and the ability to produce more short-form content without manually editing every clip from scratch.

**What do you dislike about ClipMe?**

The main thing I dislike about ClipMe is that there is a learning curve because the platform offers much more than basic video clipping. With AI video clipping, live clipping, VOD clipping, AI moment detection, live chat signals, automatic captions, video reframing, face tracking, multiple video formats, and social publishing, there are a lot of capabilities to learn and configure.

For someone coming from a simple clip editor, it can take some time to understand the best workflow and which features to use for different types of livestream content. The live clipping workflow in particular has more moving parts because you are working with real-time content and trying to identify the most valuable moments while a stream is still happening.

I also think it is important to review AI-generated clips rather than assuming every detected moment is automatically ready to publish. AI is extremely useful for narrowing down the footage and finding potential highlights, but human judgment is still important for understanding context, choosing the strongest moments, and deciding what will resonate with a particular audience.

As the platform continues to add more advanced tools for streamers, clippers, creators, and content teams, I think making the onboarding and discovery of these features even more streamlined would make the experience easier for new users.

That said, I view these more as tradeoffs of having a powerful all-in-one AI video clipping and content repurposing platform than major problems. Once the workflow is learned, the amount of time saved through live clipping, AI-assisted moment detection, automated editing, captions, reframing, and short-form content creation outweighs the initial learning curve.

**What problems is ClipMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem ClipMe solves is the amount of time required to turn live streams and long-form video into high-quality short-form content. Manually watching hours of livestream footage, finding important moments, creating clips, adding captions, changing aspect ratios, reframing footage, and preparing content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts can turn into hours of repetitive work.

What makes ClipMe especially valuable is its live clipping workflow. Instead of waiting for a livestream to end and manually searching through the VOD afterward, ClipMe can identify and capture potential moments while the stream is happening. Its AI-powered live moment detection and live chat-velocity signals help surface moments that may be valuable for short-form content in real time. This is particularly useful for streamers, professional clippers, and content teams that need to find and publish highlights quickly.

For workflows involving multiple creators, the ability to clip multiple streamers simultaneously makes live content production much more scalable. Rather than having a clipper manually monitor every stream from beginning to end, ClipMe can assist with identifying potential moments across active livestreams and turning those moments into short-form video content.

ClipMe also reduces the post-production workload by combining AI moment detection with automatic captions, video reframing, face-tracked vertical clips, and native 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9 formats. This means the workflow doesn't stop at finding a timestamp — it helps move the content from live stream or VOD to a social-ready short-form video.

The biggest benefit for me is the reduction in manual editing and content discovery time. I spend significantly less time searching through long streams, cutting footage, formatting videos, and performing repetitive editing tasks. Instead, I can spend more time reviewing the strongest moments, refining clips when necessary, and getting content published.

The live clipping capability also changes the economics of the workflow. For a creator or clipping operation producing content consistently, finding a great moment while a stream is still live can be much more valuable than discovering it hours later in a VOD. Faster clip discovery can mean faster editing, faster publishing, and more opportunities to turn real-time livestream moments into short-form content while they are still relevant.

Overall, ClipMe solves both sides of the clipping problem: discovering valuable moments during live streams and efficiently repurposing long-form VOD content afterward. By combining live stream clipping, AI-powered moment detection, live chat signals, VOD clipping, automatic captions, video reframing, and short-form content creation, ClipMe turns livestream content into a much more scalable content-repurposing workflow.
