**What do you like best about CliPlace?**

A unique opportunity to have a ticket portal for my clients and at the same time use the HubSpot service hub

**What do you dislike about CliPlace?**

Not enough features. In addition to tickets, customers need to view deals, payments, documentation, video call recordings, etc.

**Recommendations to others considering CliPlace:**

You can use the Cliplace portal if you want to inform customers about ticket status. If you need more, you should look for some alternatives.

**What problems is CliPlace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fulfilled the wishes of our customers - we have made information about tickets available and fast.
