What do you like best about ClinicMind?

"I can do everything you want if you try hard enough"

I understand how massive this program and software is and how wide sweeping the programming must be for this. For us I think it is sometimes challenging to get answers on specific things in the moment when we need them. I understand that they are doing the best they can. What do you like best about ClinicMind?

We have used Clinic Mind EHR software (and earlier iterations) for almost 15 years now. The system has evolved over time and they continue to make updates to make systems and processes more user friendly for patients and staff. We continue to enjoy the support we receive from the Clinic Mind team any time we have questions or need help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClinicMind?

Our biggest challenge revolves around the billing team and difficulties with insurance processing/payments. Many time we are going back to the billers and asking that they re-look at or submit claims that we know should have been processed or they should have worked through on behalf of our clinic.
