We have used Clinic Mind EHR software (and earlier iterations) for almost 15 years now. The system has evolved over time and they continue to make updates to make systems and processes more user friendly for patients and staff. Our biggest challenge revolves around the billing team and difficulties with insurance processing/payments. Many time we are going back to the billers and asking that they re-look at or submit claims that we know should have been processed or they should have worked through on behalf of our clinic. Most recently our goal has been to transition to electronic paperwork to eliminate the bottleneck patients filling in paper documents cause at our new patient appointments.
