I wish there was better communication about what options can all be used to personalize ClinicMind as a chiropractor. Regular trainings could be a little bit easier to manage. I wish questions could be answered outside of ClinicMind chat time, because I'm working a lot on my business outside of my patient hours, when ClinicMind chat hours are also offline. The setup felt daunting and pretty detailed. I feel like regular trainings or access to one specific person would have been helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find that ClinicMind is becoming far less of a square peg in a round hole for an acupuncturist. The support staff have been marvelous in helping me understand how to use it to create the best value in our practice.
