It includes all of the modalities I use on a regular basis with simple clicks. It makes it easy to re-use the SOAP I created for a previous note. Customer support has been pretty good and responsive when I created a task. It allows for multiple different practitioner types to use the system all within their own specialty. It also gives me a way to prescribe which the other program I have used in the past would not allow. It has all the diagnosis codes available to me that I would use within my specialty as opposed to just the MSK diagnosis codes present in other chiropractic focused software programs.
