"All-in-One Work Management Hub That Replaced Our Other Tools"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp has been instrumental for work management in our busy team. We can track tasks and also use its full suite of tools to actually get the work done—docs, forms, statuses, Kanban boards, AI agents, and more. Everything lives in ClickUp, which means we don’t need to rely on many outside tools anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Sometimes it takes a while to get the boards to load, and the search functionality has seemed to degrade the more we have in our workspace

"Customizable Project Hierarchy With Great Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

The Space > Project > List & other view formats hierarchy is very helpful to manage multiple projects at the same time. It's really customizable and integrates well with other software, like Microsoft 365 apps, HubSpot, Figma, and more.

I'm starting to explore Brain 2 and the concept of having the LLM available where you do work + with full context of your and your team's work, sounds like a no-brainer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Loading time for different view pages and also some glitches in the UI. For example, when I open a dropdown, it doesn't display all the options (even if I scroll down). I have to close the dropdown, then reopen it so it refreshes and displays everything. That's a little annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp Unifies Projects, Docs, and Collaboration with Flexible Workflows"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like most about ClickUp is how it brings project management, documentation, and team collaboration into one platform. It helps reduce context switching, keeps work organized, and offers enough flexibility to adapt to different workflows, whether for creative projects, design, or product teams. for sure for sure for sure for sure for sure for sure for sure for sure for sure for sure Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The biggest downside is the initial learning curve. With so many features available, it can take some time for new users to get comfortable, but the flexibility is worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Facilitate Organization with Diversified Workflows"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like most about ClickUp is the flexibility to adapt the tool to the actual workflow of a production company. As a video editor, I can organize projects by stages, using lists, boards, and calendars to track briefing, editing, review, adjustments, and final delivery. The interface is intuitive and makes it easy to find deadlines, responsible parties, comments, files, and status without having to search through various conversations.

I also like the ability to integrate ClickUp with other tools and centralize links, files, references, and feedback in one place. This greatly improves team performance because it reduces rework, prevents information loss, and speeds up the process. Considering cost-benefit, I see value because the tool helps save time, better organize demands, and provide more clarity for everyone involved in the project.

Another positive point is that the onboarding is relatively simple: you can start using basic features and gradually delve deeper with automations, templates, custom fields, and AI. The intelligence part also helps make the flow more practical, especially for searching information, summarizing content, and speeding up repetitive tasks. Overall, I like ClickUp because it adapts well to the creative routine and makes audiovisual production more organized and easier to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The point I like least about ClickUp is that, being a very comprehensive tool, the interface can sometimes seem a bit cluttered. There are many icons, menus, panels, and possibilities on the same screen, so at times it takes me a few seconds to locate myself or find exactly the function I need.

I believe the experience could be even better if the arrangement of elements were simpler or more customizable, allowing each user to make visible only what they really use on a daily basis. In my case, the biggest initial difficulty was understanding where each function was and how to navigate between the different panels, views, and settings. After I learned, using it became much more natural, but the beginning can be a bit confusing for someone entering the tool for the first time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp Centralizes Projects and Strategy to Boost Productivity"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp is much more than a to-do list for me. I use it to manage both the day-to-day operations and the strategy behind my businesses. Having most of my important information, projects, documents, and pending tasks centralized in one place has significantly improved my productivity and performance. One feature I find especially helpful is the integration with ChatGPT, which makes it easier to organize ideas and projects improving my time and performance. The variety of tools available allows me to manage planning, execution, documentation, and collaboration in a single workspace, making it an essential part of how I run my businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

What I dislike is the learning curve. ClickUp is extremely powerful and flexible, but because it offers so many features, it can take time to understand how to use everything effectively. I often find myself searching for tutorials on YouTube to learn better ways to structure and optimize my workspace. Once you get past that initial learning phase, the platform becomes much more valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp centralizes everything and boosts productivity with flexible workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like most about ClickUp is that it centralizes all operations on a single platform. It allows me to manage, automate processes, track tasks, and collaborate with different teams without having to switch between multiple tools. Additionally, its flexibility to customize workflows and the use of Agents have significantly improved my productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I would like to have greater visibility on the consumption of AI credits. It would be very useful to have a clear breakdown of which actions consume credits, how much has been used per user or automation, and a projection of the remaining consumption to better manage its use. "AI-Driven Automation Revolutionized Our Operations"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I find the AI tools and agents in ClickUp to be a game changer, especially with Brain 2. I love the new possibilities they've opened up, and we're just beginning to experiment with them. Tasks that used to take long hours are now done automatically, which is truly remarkable, and the interactions with Brain 2 blow my mind. I am impressed by the level of complexity it handles and the variety of interactions possible with different AI databases, the creation of presentations, and the interconnectivity of spaces and tasks. We are transitioning to be more ClickUp centric, using it for emails, meetings, calendars, and customer training since it provides so many tools. Setting up ClickUp was very easy, and it's simple to do for our customers too, especially with all the new tools. Overall, we can do a whole lot more with ClickUp now than when we started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I believe that the Dashboard measurements and formulas could be better, since we work with logistics, there are a lot of metrics that are specific to this business and they are a bit difficult to replicate with the types of Dashboards currecntly available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful AI and Integrations Make ClickUp a True One-Stop Productivity Hub"
4/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp uses Brain2, which is an AI to help support you in your tasks. It also wants to brand itself as a one-stop shop so that you won't need to go anywhere else for productivity. For example, it has a lot of integrations and it has a Loom alternative. The getting started tasks are helpful. The AI has good performance. The UI is okay. I'm currently using the free plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The UX is not intuitive, and that's why there are getting started tasks. It also reminds me of a contractor. Even though the AI is designed to save you time, there are so many notes to review that it doesn't actually save time or improve your productivity performance. It reminds me of an article about AI use in Bank of America actually increasing their time and making them less productive. They also bombard you with emails, which I suppose is because I have the free plan. I don't trust it enough with certain integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp Turned My Scattered Ideas into an Organized, Flexible System"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like most about ClickUp is its ability to adapt to the way I think. It lets me build systems that matches my logic rather than forcing me into cramped and rigid template. I use it to manage my teaching tasks, creative production, multiple content brands, publishing workflows, and many more. Its ability to accommodate detailed taxonomies and more. It helped me turrned scattered ideas into organized and traceable projects. It loads fast, and the UI is fantastic once you get used to it. It is an infrastructure behind my entire creative and professional system. I onboarded my students so they will have the eaarly familiarity with the software, and as they mature in their fields they will not need look further. The pricing is fair and I am certain if their scope in their profession widens, they will appreciate the cost to be marginal, as i have. I did not get to use the AI feature because i a wanted to get the feel of the system as being created by myself. But i was hoping to use Brain 2 to run my own workflow in automation. I intend to use this feature more often because as a used I rarely get lost. You think it and everything is automatically refined. This is a real leverage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

There is nothing much except in times when i duplicate spaces, it is taking a bit too long to appear and then resist rearrangements. But i love discovering workarounds. It deepens my undertstanding of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful, Reliable Productivity Tool That’s Easy to Learn"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I have used both the free and paid versions of ClickUp, and it has been great so far. Whether it's for a professional team or personal task tracking, ClickUp has been a powerful and reliable tool to keep my productivity on top. I love how simple it is to use and understand. The UI is straightforward, and in situations where onboarding is required for a team to use ClickUp, it’s fairly easy to get everyone up to speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Depending on the type of user, getting started can feel overwhelming because it combines many features, including project management, a whiteboard, and AI. Introducing a more opinionated workflow for different types of users, such as product managers or travel agencies, might help with getting new users started faster.
